Warby Parker is looking for an all-star Senior Manager to lead the Benefits, People Operations and HRIS functions. You will be a key member of the People team based in our New York City headquarters and play a critical role in supporting our employees across the U.S. and Canada. What you’ll do:

Benefits

  • Own the administration of Warby’s suite of health, welfare, and 401(k) benefits, including managing the annual open enrollment process, conducting benefits benchmarking, research and analyzing new supplemental offerings

  • Work on regulatory compliance matters, maintain contracts and summary plan documents, manage our vendors and own relationships with brokers and insurers

  • Monitor the changing legal and regulatory landscape and working with our Legal & HRBP teams to ensure adherence to government regulations and policies

  • Manage and maintain benefits communications and employee facing materials

People Operations

  • Manage a team who work to provide daily support and effective resolutions to first level employee questions on all HR topics across the business

  • Oversee key operational processes and workflows across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding, employee changes/transfers, data management and compliance

People Systems (HRIS)

  • Own the implementation, optimization, ongoing design, compliance, and maintenance of all People systems, with a primary focus on ADP, but also including Greenhouse, Dayforce Time & Attendance, Sapling, and more

  • Automate and optimize key operational workflows across the employee lifecycle changes with a focus on compliance, data integrity, and scalability

  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology and provide recommendations as needed

  • Contribute to governance process, road-mapping exercises, and cross-functional resource planning

Who you are:

  • Backed by at least 7+ year of relevant experience in People Operations across Benefits, HR Shared Services and/or HR systems, plus people management experience

  • Armed with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education 

  • Strong in Microsoft Excel / Google Suite

  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized and efficient with time management

  • An expert communicator in writing and in person

  • A positive team player who’s passionate about cultivating a supportive, inclusive team and workplace culture 

  • Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra Credit:

  • Experience with ADP, Dayforce, Greenhouse and Sapling

  • Knowledge of other HR systems

Warby Parker, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York City at the time of posting. Warby Parker may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible to receive an equity bonus as part of the total compensation package. Details and eligibility will be discussed during the application process.

$121,500$135,000 USD
