Reports To: Director of Marketing

Pay Range: $58,500 – $62,625 ($68,500 – $72,625 at OTE)

About the Role 

As our Content and Marketing Coordinator, you will work productively across departments to execute marketing campaigns, support sales, and develop content with artists and clients. You will also drive efforts to expand our digital footprint and build our brand through compelling content and storytelling. This role will be central to documenting and promoting our art installations, creating high-quality digital content for ArtLifting newsletters, website, and social channels, supporting marketing and storytelling initiatives with artists and clients, and driving awareness through digital campaigns and SEO optimization.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Craft high-impact communications and sales materials that work across platforms, including newsletters, social media, blogs, website, video, and sales materials

  • Drive inbound leads and build brand authority through meaningful content across relevant platforms 

  • Leverage AI tools and AI agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, Grammarly, Adobe) to enhance content creation, improve SEO, support campaign ideation, and streamline marketing workflows

  • Activate B2B digital marketing strategies through effective curation of ArtLifting’s digital ecosystem, driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and sales growth

  • Partner with artists and clients to develop meaningful content that supports both brand storytelling and sales initiatives

  • Develop LinkedIn and social advocacy campaigns that leverage our team, artists, champions, and advisory board

  • Support Public Relations efforts by generating stories, press kits, media assets, and campaign content

  • Expand and optimize ArtLifting’s digital footprint through SEO strategy, content optimization, and analytics

  • Track social media performance across platforms, overseeing content calendars and community engagement

  • Support specialized content for our referral program and advisory boards

Apply If You Have or Are:

  • 2+ years of experience (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or content creation

  • Passionate about social impact 

  • A proven track record of driving growth and organizational ROI by developing, executing, and analyzing content and marketing strategies

  • Highly detail-oriented and process-oriented, extremely organized, and adept at managing a high volume of tasks and activities

  • Adept at using graphic design tools such as Adobe Suite

  • Comfortable using AI tools, agents, and automations to increase efficiency in content creation, copywriting, research, and campaign planning

  • Skilled at adapting quickly to shifting priorities and organizational changes

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn and adopt new platforms

  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders

  • Open to both receiving and delivering feedback, and embrace opportunities for growth and enrichment

 

Bonus Points If You:

  • Are familiar with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro / Rush, Final Cut Pro, etc.

  • Have a background in design and/or corporate communications

  • Are interested in art and design

 

Compensation Strategy

 

To ensure pay equity across the organization and within teams, ArtLifting has established a transparent pay range system and instituted a policy of non-negotiation when extending offers. All roles are benchmarked to national levels, regardless of geographic location within the US. Individual factors such as years of experience, certifications, and other qualifiers are taken into account when formulating compensation packages.
