Our work culture

We usually work in a vibrant, sunlit space in our modern, open-concept office. During the COVID-19 health crisis, most of our team members are working from home in locations around the world. Team members will have the option to work from home until at least June 1, 2021. Those that feel safe re-entering the office earlier can apply to be part of a pilot re-entry program. All applicants do need to be willing and able to relocate to the Washington DC area in 2021. Our office building is located in the heart of downtown DC, easily accessible by metro, bus, and rideshares. It is also in close proximity to great restaurants, food trucks, shopping, and popular happy hour spots. Our team loves to spend time doing fun things outside of the office, which we call Quorum Fun events. Past Quorum Fun events have included apple picking, yoga, and wine tasting

Software Engineer

As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will report to an Engineering Manager and work the full-stack using tools like React/Redux, Django, PostgreSQL, React Native, and much more. 

What You'll Do

  • First Week: You'll ship new code to production
  • First Month: You'll write code at several levels of the stack, from infrastructure to the API to the UI
  • First Six Months: You'll take ownership of an entire set of features and make decisions that impact many clients
  • First Year: You'll help guide our team as we make broad technical decisions impacting our stack, our products, and the growth of the entire company

About You

  • You have at least 2 years of work experience at a company that produces software for end users as its primary function
  • You have professional experience in front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • You have professional experience in server side languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js
  • You have professional experience with any relational databases, including writing SQL queries, table and index design and system tuning for performance
  • You are familiar with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
  • You're a highly-motivated self-starter who wants to make valuable contributions to a team from day 1

About the Software Development Team

  • We’re a fast-growing team that is dedicated to improving our people, processes, and platform. The 35-person team is composed of two backend software engineering teams, two full-stack software engineering teams, the Product Management team, the Product Design team, and an Information Security team.
  • We support many different products but internally think of them as one system with a single unified codebase. Our goal is to build centralized systems that handle complex problems for multiple features and products.
  • We’re focused on doing the important things the right way -- we write solid documentation, test our code well, design for scale, and follow defined software development processes.
  • We follow best-in-class security practices to safeguard our data and application against bad actors. We regularly test and update processes and technology to fight complacency, because we know good security is a continuous effort.

Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary: $107,000.00–$145,000.00 (commensurate with experience) + Signing Bonus

Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be directly involved in helping to conduct user, market research and translate this information into UX and engineering requirements to help build new features and products for our clients. You’ll be responsible for managing features and product lifecycles, conducting meetings and user feedback sessions, implementing and monitoring KPIs and prioritizing and managing our backlog and scrum board. 

About You

  • You have 3+ years experience as a product manager in a B2B software organization. 
  • You are an effective stakeholder manager in cross functional teams and have experience working directly with clients or leads. 
  • You are excited about soliciting feedback from current and potential SaaS users and thinking critically using data from KPIs & metrics to strategize and prioritize features. You have the ability and desire to conduct detailed and comprehensive research and translate that into clear and thorough functional and non-functional requirements and feature specifications. 
  • You have experience managing medium to large sized projects, defining key tasks and influencing teams to stay on schedule. 
  • You are excited about learning the structure of our engineering teams and immersing yourself in day-to-day interaction. You have a CS background or are well versed in code.

About the Engineering Team

  • We’re a small team that works fast. Iterating and shipping code quickly is in our DNA. Done is better than perfect, but we do our best to build systems that let us move quickly without breaking too many things.
  • We support many different products but internally think of them as one system with a single unified codebase. Our goal is to build centralized systems that handle the hard stuff for multiple features and products.
  • We like to roll up our sleeves to get the job done and work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done well. We are in the office most days and enjoy spending time together in the office and after hours!

What You’ll Do

  • First week: You’ll spend time learning the ins and outs of product management and our engineering team, learning processes that we have in place and learning about the product team.
  • First Month: You’ll be responsible for helping to manage our backlog and current sprints, conducting epic and product research, and contributing to business cases and product requirements documents for upcoming epics and products.
  • First 6 months: You’ll be directly involved in helping to conduct user research, market and competitive analysis to help scope and define requirements for 1-4 epics or products. You’ll contribute to and follow processes put in place by our product team to draft business case and product requirements documents. You’ll conduct meetings with the product and engineering teams and manage the schedule through Jira to ensure that tasks are being accomplished on time. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Director of Product Marketing

Quorum is looking to add an exceptional product marketing professional to its growing team, with a focus on the process of building and marketing the core narrative of Quorum’s products across the entire product lifecycle.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will work cross-functionally with the broader marketing team as well as with the Software Development, Customer Success, and Sales teams to drive product and feature awareness and adoption amongst prospective and current clients. The Director of Product Marketing will:

  • Manage a Product Marketing Associate to help them grow in their career
  • Build the long term strategy for the product marketing function including growing the team and extending our impact YOY
  • Support and inform the product roadmap with go-to-market planning (audience research, distribution strategy, competitive landscape, messaging, launch plans, social growth, etc) and by building required resources
  • Write clear and persuasive messaging to convey the value of our products and product features
  • Create product one-sheets and competitive battle cards informed by research and interviews
  • Leverage Seismic and other tools to effectively distribute product marketing resources and encourage adoption.
  • Develop/refine Quorum’s buyer personas, supported by internal and external research
  • Help us show Quorum’s value visually through screenshots, video, gifs, illustrations, etc. (hire/manage freelance talent as needed)
  • Develop consistent mechanisms to collect market insights from both internal and external sources and begin to leverage these to develop the customer voice
  • Establish reporting to communicate the value product marketing drives for Quorum

What You’ll Do

  • First Week: You’ll learn about the landscape of Quorum’s market and become an expert on Quorum’s existing buyer personas
  • First Month: Establish guidelines and a framework for collaboration with Quorum’s Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure that product marketing resources meet their needs and are fully utilized. Learn the products
  • First Six Months: Develop a robust project calendar aligned with the product roadmap. Regularly conduct research, write strong copy and create resources to help our Product, Sales and Customer Success teams, and work with team members to measure which assets effectively help to close deals and identify prime new prospects. You will handle everything from concept to execution and analysis
  • First Year: Enable demand for Quorum by delivering exceptional brand experiences, accelerating our sales cycle, and scaling Quorum’s product marketing program—all aligned to make a significant impact on Quorum’s growth

About You

  • You have at least five (5)+ years of marketing work experience with at least one (1) year of experience in a focused product marketing role at a SaaS company or relevant industry experience
  • You have experience coordinating complex launches for B2B/SaaS products including gaining buy-in and participation from multiple stakeholders on multiple teams
  • You are able to channel the voice of the customer to write compelling B2B or SaaS product copy for the web and sales enablement and inform the product roadmap
  • You are able to manage projects with numerous stakeholders, including seeking internal and external input to inform positioning
  • You are comfortable managing a direct report and growing a small Product team
  • You can lead complex projects that require buy-in and participation from multiple stakeholders on multiple teams
  • You are an especially strong candidate if you have experience conducting interviews and leveraging primary and secondary sources to inform strategy and copywriting
  • Design capabilities are not required but would be helpful for the creation of product marketing materials.
  • You are confident in your ability to use Seismic or other sales enablement tools to distribute and encourage the adoption of product marketing materials
  • You have a personal or professional background or identity that would enrich the Quorum Team (e.g., help to bring a new perspective/understanding to Quorum or our users)

Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving product adoption and building Trusted Advisor relationships with your customers.. You will be expected to manage a portfolio of 10–15 high value accounts and meet or exceed revenue retention and expansion targets for your account portfolio. 

What You’ll Do

  • First Week: You'll learn the basic ins and outs of current Quorum products, attend a variety of client engagements, and get to know 30+ dedicated Quorum Customer Success team members.
  • First Month: You’ll build your understanding of Quorum’s products, with an emphasis on a cluster of products that will be your area of expertise. You will master the art of offering a full-team training and asking important diagnostic questions for one-on-one trainings.  
  • First Six (6) Months: You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of 10–15 high value accounts made-up of a mixture of new clients that need to be onboarded and legacy clients that need an ongoing point of contact. You will deliver value to each of your accounts by driving product adoption (e.g. provide information and training on how a client can use a new feature), building relationships, and exploring expansion opportunities.
  • First Year: You will consistently meet or exceed team-wide renewal and expansion goals by establishing yourself as a trusted advisor that helps clients achieve their goals for their Quorum subscription. You will play an important role in growing a start-up and establishing Quorum as a market leader in Washington, DC.

About You

  • You have at least 2 years of experience serving as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform
  • You have a proven track record of building Trusted Advisor relationships with your customers through a high-touch customer success model
  • You are confident running Executive Business Reviews with C-Suite executives to articulate value
  • You take pride in building loyal brand advocates who want to provide references and referrals
  • You are excited to show users how they can make their work more impactful by adding products and/or services that enable them to advance their organization’s mission and goals
  • You are a natural “people person” who establishes rapport and builds relationships with ease either in-person or online

  • First Six Months: You will think creatively to develop strategies around outreach and generating interest in Quorum from many potential clients. You’ll receive training and professional development to help you build the foundation of your career in software sales.

Compensation Structure

  • On Target Earnings (OTE): $52,500 per year (OTE is calculated based upon meetings completed and

All Business Development Associates are enrolled in an approximately two year training program to move from through four (4) career levels from Business Development Associate to a Senior Business Development Representative as outlined below. The training program helps team members to learn foundational business and sales skills. Team members who successfully pass periodic sign-offs and complete the program are well equipped to transition into full-time sales roles as Account Executives or transfer onto other teams (e.g., Customer Success).

Backend Software Engineer

Training & Content Development Manager

As the Training & Content Development Manager, you will report to the Director of Support in order to develop and curate Quorum’s e-learning program that educates users on what our product offers and how to successfully use it. You will be responsible for administering and maintaining external training programs for end users, occasionally offering general customer support, and playing a big role in transforming and improving the infrastructure for self-guided product education.

What You’ll Do

  • First Week: You’ll learn the ins and outs of the current Quorum client experience, gain exposure to our products, and the public affairs world. You’ll start learning about the Customer Success Team’s processes and the training processes. 
  • First Month: You’ll totally immerse yourself in the Quorum product and evaluate our current training materials. You’ll start to work with members of the customer success and product team to establish the key objectives for Quorum’s training program and have a rough project timeline.
  • First Six Months: You’ll have established a full project plan for Quorum’s training program. You will manage and create all training materials with limited help from the product team, customer success team, and other subject matter experts.
  • First Year: You will analyze how the training program accomplishes the set objectives and ensure that the program meets our company goals and continue to edit. You will suggest improvements to the next iteration of the training program based on findings. 

About You

  • You have at least two (2) or more years of experience with developing client-facing curriculum and trainings for a complex software product or platform at a B2B SaaS software company or similar industry
  • You can provide an online professional portfolio of past digital product training work. This portfolio should have three (3) or more relevant examples to show. Should look professional and demonstrate proficiency with various learning methods (e.g., e-learning, classroom learning, etc.). Each example should have high-level information about the project (e.g., medium of delivery = e-learning) and the designer’s role in the project. 
  • You have a demonstrated track record of project management, including managing and coordinating complex, creative projects while meeting a tight deadline. Should be able to provide one (1) to two (2) examples of previous projects where they evaluated time, scope, and resources to deliver an end-product
  • You enjoy building strong professional relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) and end-users in order to uncover learning needs
  • You are excited to design content that engages (e.g., gamification, learning tracks, etc.) a range of users and skill levels 
  • You have very strong written and verbal communication skills

Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer,  you will report directly to our CEO, Alex Wirth. You will serve on Quorum’s Executive Team and be responsible for overseeing Quorum’s finance and revenue operations function by providing strategic insight and reporting into the business. You will be responsible for Quorum’s annual financial planning, annual budget, monthly reporting, and long term strategic financial relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • First Week: You'll learn the ins and outs of Quorum’s current financial strategy, gain exposure to our systems, and get to know our Assistant Controller, FP&A Analyst, and Accounts Payable Analyst.
  • First Month: You will produce high quality monthly reporting for Quorum’s board and outside investor Serent Capital with partnership from Quorum’s assistant controller and FP&A analyst. 
  • First Six Months: You will partner with the CEO to run Quorum’s annual financial planning and budget process from high level growth goals, to bottom up revenue models, to the line items of department budgets. 
  • First Year: You will act as a model for setting high-level strategic direction and executing with precision. You will be a strategic partner for members of Quorum’s leadership team and they implement their annual strategic plan and identify areas for additional investment or cost savings. 

About You

  • You have at least 3 years of experience running the finance function of a $30 million dollar+ annual recurring revenue business with private equity backing.
  • You have previous experience working as and or overseeing a controller with the ability to produce high quality monthly financial reports with insight into the business.   
  • You have significant experience in FP&A as demonstrated by having at least 3 years experience comprehensively running the financial planning and budgeting process of a growing software company. 
  • You have a deep understanding of financial and accounting metrics related to software as a service (SaaS) as demonstrated by knowledge of key metrics [gross retention, CAC to CLTV, CAC payback, ACV] and ability to discuss how they impact business strategy. 
  • You have at least 2 years of experience serving as a member of an Executive Leadership Team (C-Suite/SVP Level) and/or at least 4 years of experience serving as a member of an Executive Management Team (VP Level).
  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves with contract negotiation and customer contract management. 
  • You will stand out if you have previous experience working with M&A and experience managing 3rd party debt and covenants.

FP&A Analyst

As our FP&A Analyst, you will report to the Vice President of Finance. You will play a critical role by owning the financial forecasting, managing the strategic planning process, and analyzing financial and operational data. You will also own the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board.

  • First Week: You’ll get an overview of our people, business, tech stack, financial model, and reporting packets
  • First Month: You’ll start to take over preparation of the monthly financial reporting packet

Account Executive (Government Affairs Sales)

As an Account Executive, you will contribute to the overall growth of the company by persuading potential clients to choose Quorum as their public affairs software solution. This role includes responsibility for new logo sales to potential clients. This role does not include responsibility for renewals and/or expansion sales to existing clients. 

What You'll Do

  • First Week: You will be introduced to Quorum’s new logo sales process playbook, receive log-in access to start exploring the Quorum software platform, and get to know the 20+ dedicated members of the Quorum Business Development team.
  • First Month: You will participate in our new hire sales training program, complete a product demonstration certification, and invest in building out your own sales leads pipeline through creative phone and email outreach to potential customers. You will also receive regular coaching from a direct manager and training manager who listen in on sales calls.

Compensation Structure

Software Engineer

Product Manager

Director of Product Marketing

Quorum is looking to add an exceptional product marketing professional to its growing team, with a focus on the process of building and marketing the core narrative of Quorum’s products across the entire product lifecycle.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will work cross-functionally with the broader marketing team as well as with the Software Development, Customer Success, and Sales teams to drive product and feature awareness and adoption amongst prospective and current clients. The Director of Product Marketing will:

  • Manage a Product Marketing Associate to help them grow in their career
  • Build the long term strategy for the product marketing function including growing the team and extending our impact YOY
  • Support and inform the product roadmap with go-to-market planning (audience research, distribution strategy, competitive landscape, messaging, launch plans, social growth, etc) and by building required resources
  • Write clear and persuasive messaging to convey the value of our products and product features
  • Create product one-sheets and competitive battle cards informed by research and interviews

About You

  • You have at least five (5)+ years of marketing work experience with at least one (1) year of experience in a focused product marketing role at a SaaS company or relevant industry experience
  • You have experience coordinating complex launches for B2B/SaaS products including gaining buy-in and participation from multiple stakeholders on multiple teams
  • You are able to channel the voice of the customer to write compelling B2B or SaaS product copy for the web and sales enablement and inform the product roadmap
  • You are able to manage projects with numerous stakeholders, including seeking internal and external input to inform positioning
  • You are comfortable managing a direct report and growing a small Product team
  • You can lead complex projects that require buy-in and participation from multiple stakeholders on multiple teams

Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving product adoption and building Trusted Advisor relationships with your customers.. You will be expected to manage a portfolio of 10–15 high value accounts and meet or exceed revenue retention and expansion targets for your account portfolio. 

What You’ll Do

  • First Week: You'll learn the basic ins and outs of current Quorum products, attend a variety of client engagements, and get to know 30+ dedicated Quorum Customer Success team members.
  • First Month: You’ll build your understanding of Quorum’s products, with an emphasis on a cluster of products that will be your area of expertise. You will master the art of offering a full-team training and asking important diagnostic questions for one-on-one trainings.  
  • First Six (6) Months: You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of 10–15 high value accounts made-up of a mixture of new clients that need to be onboarded and legacy clients that need an ongoing point of contact. You will deliver value to each of your accounts by driving product adoption (e.g. provide information and training on how a client can use a new feature), building relationships, and exploring expansion opportunities.

About You

Compensation Structure

  • On Target Earnings (OTE): $52,500 per year (OTE is calculated based upon meetings completed and
    opportunities scheduled. The OTE increases as you complete the Business Development Career Pathway.
  • Base Salary: $42,000.00 - $48,000 per year

All Business Development Associates are enrolled in an approximately two year training program to move from through four (4) career levels from Business Development Associate to a Senior Business Development Representative as outlined below. The training program helps team members to learn foundational business and sales skills. Team members who successfully pass periodic sign-offs and complete the program are well equipped to transition into full-time sales roles as Account Executives or transfer onto other teams (e.g., Customer Success).

Backend Software Engineer

The Backend Software Engineering team develops high quality datasets, operates data pipelines, develops data models, and builds services and APIs to support server-side application logic, monitor for and improve performance and integrate with the front-end. The engineer will collaborate with the rest of the engineering and product teams to design and launch new product features.

As a Backend Software Engineer, you will report to an Engineering Manager and work on backend systems using tools/technologies like Python, Django, PostgreSQL, AWS, and much more.

Training & Content Development Manager

As the Training & Content Development Manager, you will report to the Director of Support in order to develop and curate Quorum’s e-learning program that educates users on what our product offers and how to successfully use it. You will be responsible for administering and maintaining external training programs for end users, occasionally offering general customer support, and playing a big role in transforming and improving the infrastructure for self-guided product education.

What You’ll Do

  • First Week: You’ll learn the ins and outs of the current Quorum client experience, gain exposure to our products, and the public affairs world. You’ll start learning about the Customer Success Team’s processes and the training processes. 
  • First Month: You’ll totally immerse yourself in the Quorum product and evaluate our current training materials. You’ll start to work with members of the customer success and product team to establish the key objectives for Quorum’s training program and have a rough project timeline.
  • First Six Months: You’ll have established a full project plan for Quorum’s training program. You will manage and create all training materials with limited help from the product team, customer success team, and other subject matter experts.
  • First Year: You will analyze how the training program accomplishes the set objectives and ensure that the program meets our company goals and continue to edit. You will suggest improvements to the next iteration of the training program based on findings. 

About You

  • You have at least two (2) or more years of experience with developing client-facing curriculum and trainings for a complex software product or platform at a B2B SaaS software company or similar industry
  • You can provide an online professional portfolio of past digital product training work. This portfolio should have three (3) or more relevant examples to show. Should look professional and demonstrate proficiency with various learning methods (e.g., e-learning, classroom learning, etc.). Each example should have high-level information about the project (e.g., medium of delivery = e-learning) and the designer’s role in the project. 
  • You have a demonstrated track record of project management, including managing and coordinating complex, creative projects while meeting a tight deadline. Should be able to provide one (1) to two (2) examples of previous projects where they evaluated time, scope, and resources to deliver an end-product
  • You enjoy building strong professional relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) and end-users in order to uncover learning needs
  • You are excited to design content that engages (e.g., gamification, learning tracks, etc.) a range of users and skill levels 
  • You have very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You take pride in defining measuring, and achieving success criteria (e.g., 3-5 metrics that let you know whether or not the learning program you rolled out achieved the organization’s goals)

Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer,  you will report directly to our CEO, Alex Wirth. You will serve on Quorum’s Executive Team and be responsible for overseeing Quorum’s finance and revenue operations function by providing strategic insight and reporting into the business. You will be responsible for Quorum’s annual financial planning, annual budget, monthly reporting, and long term strategic financial relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • First Week: You'll learn the ins and outs of Quorum’s current financial strategy, gain exposure to our systems, and get to know our Assistant Controller, FP&A Analyst, and Accounts Payable Analyst.
  • First Month: You will produce high quality monthly reporting for Quorum’s board and outside investor Serent Capital with partnership from Quorum’s assistant controller and FP&A analyst. 
  • First Six Months: You will partner with the CEO to run Quorum’s annual financial planning and budget process from high level growth goals, to bottom up revenue models, to the line items of department budgets. 
  • First Year: You will act as a model for setting high-level strategic direction and executing with precision. You will be a strategic partner for members of Quorum’s leadership team and they implement their annual strategic plan and identify areas for additional investment or cost savings. 

About You

  • You have at least 3 years of experience running the finance function of a $30 million dollar+ annual recurring revenue business with private equity backing.
  • You have previous experience working as and or overseeing a controller with the ability to produce high quality monthly financial reports with insight into the business.   
  • You have significant experience in FP&A as demonstrated by having at least 3 years experience comprehensively running the financial planning and budgeting process of a growing software company. 
  • You have a deep understanding of financial and accounting metrics related to software as a service (SaaS) as demonstrated by knowledge of key metrics [gross retention, CAC to CLTV, CAC payback, ACV] and ability to discuss how they impact business strategy. 
  • You have at least 2 years of experience serving as a member of an Executive Leadership Team (C-Suite/SVP Level) and/or at least 4 years of experience serving as a member of an Executive Management Team (VP Level).
  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves with contract negotiation and customer contract management. 
  • You will stand out if you have previous experience working with M&A and experience managing 3rd party debt and covenants. 
  • You are an especially strong candidate if you have experience scaling an organization from $25 million ARR to $50 Million ARR.

FP&A Analyst

As our FP&A Analyst, you will report to the Vice President of Finance. You will play a critical role by owning the financial forecasting, managing the strategic planning process, and analyzing financial and operational data. You will also own the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board. 

What You’ll Do

  • First Week: You’ll get an overview of our people, business, tech stack, financial model, and reporting packets
  • First Month: You’ll start to take over preparation of the monthly financial reporting packet
  • First Six Months: You’ll fully own the monthly managerial and quarterly Board reporting process with the aim of making substantial improvements to the level of quality and insights delivered to key stakeholders. Account Executive (Government Affairs Sales)

As an Account Executive, you will contribute to the overall growth of the company by persuading potential clients to choose Quorum as their public affairs software solution. This role includes responsibility for new logo sales to potential clients. This role does not include responsibility for renewals and/or expansion sales to existing clients. 

What You'll Do

  • First Week: You will be introduced to Quorum’s new logo sales process playbook, receive log-in access to start exploring the Quorum software platform, and get to know the 20+ dedicated members of the Quorum Business Development team.
  • First Month: You will participate in our new hire sales training program, complete a product demonstration certification, and invest in building out your own sales leads pipeline through creative phone and email outreach to potential customers. You will also receive regular coaching from a direct manager and training manager who listen in on sales calls. 
  • First Six Months: You will meet weekly sales activity targets, learn fundamental industry-specific territory management skills, and build a robust sales pipeline with opportunities at every stage of the sales process. You will conduct discovery calls and lead product demonstrations to understand potential customers’ needs. Our Work Environment

  • We usually work in a vibrant, sunlit space in our modern, open concept office. During the COVID-19 health crisis, most of our team members are working from home in locations around the world. Team members will have the option to work from home until at least June 1, 2021. Those that feel safe re-entering the office earlier can apply to be part of a pilot re-entry program. All applicants do need to be willing and able to relocate to the Washington DC area in 2021. 
  • Our office building is located in the heart of downtown DC, easily accessible by metro, bus, and rideshares. It is also in close proximity to great restaurants, food trucks, shopping, and popular happy hour spots.
  • Our team loves to spend time doing fun things outside of the office, which we call Quorum Fun events. Past Quorum Fun events have included apple picking, yoga, and wine tasting

Compensation Structure

  • On Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 (OTE varies based upon sales quota)
  • Compensation Mix: 60% Base | 40% Sales Incentive Commissions
  • Benefits: 401(k) match, trans-inclusive healthcare, 12-weeks paid maternity/paternity/adoption/fostering leave, unlimited PTO, and more
