C Talent represents high profile d/deaf and disabled artists and athletes globally. We believe to transform society, we must learn to tell, and listen to, a new set of stories about the world that we want to create, with authentic voices and accessible workspaces. C Talent is proud to represent artists such as CJ Jones, who has worked on films such as “Baby Driver” (2017) and the “Avatar” franchise, Paralympian Jean-Baptiste Alaize who was in the Netflix documentary, “Rising Phoenix” (2020), TikTok Influencer Anastasia Pagonis who is a record-breaking Paralympic swimmer on Team USA, Marsha Elle who was a Playboy cover model, Kurt Yaeger who is widely recognized for his role as Greg the Peg in “Sons of Anarchy,” Danny Murphy, who starred in “The Parts You Lose” (2019) alongside “Breaking Bad’s” Aaron Paul, Tatiana Lee, who has modeled for brands such as Apple, Target, and Zappos, Danny Woodburn who played Mickey Abbott in the beloved series, “Seinfeld”… And many more!

Ecommerce Expert
Full-Time

Will create and implement an ecommerce platform, as well as organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
  • Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
  • Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
  • Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.

Talent Manager
Full-Time

Talent Manager would be in charge of representing d/Deaf and disabled artists, conducting brand out-reach, working with existing strategic partners, and working directly with talent to grow their long-term careers.

Our ideal candidate has management or agency experience, enjoys developing and cultivating talent, has a passion for finding up-and-coming talent, is disabled or has a strong connection to the disabled community, and wants to see a more inclusive future for people with disabilities in the media and entertainment industry.

Pay: $14 an hour + commission

Hours: 30-40 hours a week

Location: Remote. We have an office in Los Angeles which all staff are welcome to use if they would like.
