Account Manager, Mental Health Network

About the team & opportunity:

The Mental Health Network Management Team is responsible for managing a high-performing network of mental health care options to meet the needs of patients and populations across all markets. The team will develop strong working relationships with mental health practices and providers with the goal of setting mental health providers up for success in utilizing Quartet’s products and participating in client partnerships. The Mental Health Network Management Team sits within the Clinical Operations team. The Clinical Operations team supports patients getting access to the mental healthcare that is right for them through direct patient support and through the development of a robust mental health network.
 
Please note that this is a remote position and the individual must be located in the Pacific Time Zone, Mountain Time Zone, or Central Time Zone.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the long-term relationship manager for mental health organizations that have completed implementation and launched their partnership with Quartet.  
  • Ensure the adoption of Quartet’s product and contracts with mental health practices and providers
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Quartet’s software and services as well as alternative payment models, with a particular emphasis on technical feature configuration.
  • Successfully demonstrate Quartet’s value and mission to leadership, staff, and clinicians at partner mental health organizations by:
    • Maintaining meaningful, value-additive long term relationships with key stakeholders
    • Partnering with stakeholders to continually revise workflows and train staff to incorporate the Quartet technology into their daily activities
  • Support achievement of target goals for practice performance outcomes within assigned books of business by:
    • Analyze and effectively communicate outcomes data and practice performance in APM to practice stakeholders
    • Support iteration in practice workflows to achieve continued success
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Quartet’s internal team workflows and cultivate collaborative relationships with internal Quartet stakeholders including customer success, product, technology and data analytics
  • Work creatively in navigating and overcoming obstacles, partnering with stakeholders and relevant internal team members to reduce barriers to success and mitigate risks
  • A successful account manager is passionate about mental healthcare and works with a lot of grit, has excellent time-management and problem-solving skills, is a driven self-starter who can execute on initiatives with little direction, and approaches their work with creativity and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
  • Two or more years of experience working in a mental healthcare agency or in account management where the primary focus of the role was to build meaningful partnerships
  • A passion for expanding access to mental healthcare services
  • Experience working in population health management programs or quality improvement (e.g. PDSA cycles)
  • Critical core competencies include:  Excellent communication skills,  strong problem solving skills, highly organized, effective at time management, adept at navigating technical software
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented 
  • Comfort with fast-paced often changing environments
  • Remote role with willingness to travel to large practice accounts within regional proximity 25-50% of the time when Quartet deems travel is safe again.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in conducting product demos of a technology platform and developing sales presentations (in both a virtual and in-person environment) 
  • Experience with motivational interviewing
  • Experience working within a CRM system such as Salesforce
  • Experience selling or representing software as a service (SAAS)
  • Experience selling or supporting healthcare providers
  • Flexible, adaptable, open to the rapid changes inevitable in a high-growth company
  • Experience working on mental health related projects

About the team & Opportunity:

Quartet is looking for an experienced Business Operations & Strategy Analyst to partner with our Clinical Operations team to measure and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our Mental Health Provider engagement and patient care coordination efforts. This role will report into Quartet’s Business Operations & Strategy team and will be fully integrated into the Clinical Operations team that they support.

The Clinical Operations team consists of teams that work with our Mental Health Providers (MHPs) and our patients.  The Care Navigation team is responsible for connecting patient to mental health resources and supporting them throughout their journey to care.. Our goal is to reduce the challenges that patients face in their search for care, improve speed and access to high quality care, and to make the process as seamless as possible.

The Mental Health Network Acquisition & Implementation team and the Mental Health Network Management team, build and engage our Mental Health ecosystem so that patients referred through Quartet have access to effective mental healthcare. 

The Clinical Operations team partners with our Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams to pilot programs with Providers and Patients that inform future Product and Operations strategy.

As a Business Strategy Analyst you will provide analysis and insights to the Clinical Operations team to unlock growth and operational efficiency improvements.  You will partner with other analysts to deliver on strategic business initiatives and develop a strong knowledge of our internal data systems and an understanding of how to use them to operate efficiently. You will support development and implementation of pilots and initiatives by partnering with product and the Clinical Operations team. You will run the Clinical Operations Leadership meetings and be responsible for helping to set and track goals across the team

This position requires outstanding analytic and communication skills, the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of colleagues, experience prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment, and the tenacity to execute against deliverables in a timely, high-quality fashion.

Accountabilities:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of Patient and Mental Health processes in order to lead strategic partnerships and improve operations
  • Leverage available reporting infrastructure and tools (e.g. Looker, Salesforce) to accurately reflect organizational behavior and drive better decision-making
  • Provide actionable insights (the "so what") for every dashboard created, ensuring data is put into action efficiently and effectively
  • Interface with a variety of internal counterparts to address day-to-day data- and reporting-driven inquiries, issues and requirements
  • Guide Clinical Operations  initiatives end to end, ensuring data integrity, high-quality analysis, validation, and documentation
  • Develop and manage the analytics roadmap for the Clinical Operations team
  • Support Clinical Operations Leadership weekly meetings and goal review

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical role, either through consulting or internal strategy and operations positions
  • 1-2 years of experience working with business users to understand, scope and map business questions to data that can be used to answer them, and developing answers and recommendations through analysis
  • 1-2 years of experience communicating data-driven insights and recommendations to senior executives, using Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Ability to align and influence different teams and levels of leadership

About the team & Opportunity:

Quartet Health is looking for a Senior Data Integration Specialist to lead Quartet’s integrations with electronic health record and claims data and own the business relationships with our healthcare customers and vendors.

This position requires outstanding communication and project management skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare data landscape, and technical skill set of data languages used for data manipulation and quality assurance. The ideal candidate can execute against competing deliverables in a timely, high-quality fashion. 

The Senior Data Integration Specialist will collaborate with numerous teams - both internal and external - to source data Quartet needs to operate, helping to ensure that the scope and direction of each procurement and processing is on schedule. You’ll interact primarily with Quartet’s customers and data vendors, managing customer expectations and competing data integrations. You'll represent Quartet’s Data Operations during customer meetings, where you will collaborate with our data partners to extract the right data elements from their internal systems and ensure they map to the data points needed for Quartet's standard operating processes. You'll be responsible for data validation and owning internal and external communications when data quality expectations aren't fully met. 

Within Quartet, this position requires cross-team collaboration on these integrations. Teams you will work with include: Quartet's data engineers, partnering with them to develop our data pipeline and transform our partners data into standard models, Quartet’s data science and business intelligence teams to communicate or update new issues in ongoing feeds, as well as Quartet’s implementation and client success teams to effectively share progress and priorities and negotiate the exchange of healthcare data with our partners.

Accountabilities

  • Own business and technical relationships with Quartet’s integration partners, including the project management of new integrations
  • Be the subject matter expert on health care data standards, such as claims or HL7, for Quartet’s internal teams
  • Translate health care data requirements into Quartet’s standard data models, working closely with engineers to provide technical specifications
  • Manage multiple data integrations, providing data quality assurance and maintenance as needed
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical integration issues or bugs 

Minimum Qualifications

  • SQL fluency
  • Deep understanding of healthcare data
  • Project management experience with external vendors or clients
  • Strong business relationship management skills to develop partnerships with key customer stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience with data transfer protocols 
  • Knowledge and experience with data transformation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with both highly technical teams and non-technical teams; ability to communicate effectively to both
  • Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources
  • Knowledge and experience with medical claims data and/or HL7 and FHIR standards
  • Experience with DBT

About the team & Opportunity: 

Quartet is a data-driven organization and our Data & Analytics team is key to our success. As VP, Data & Analytics, you will report to our Chief Technology Officer and work closely with the wider leadership team to create a dynamic team that, in collaboration with your peers, can successfully execute on our ambitious mission to improve access to high-quality, value-based mental health care. You will provide strong leadership to the Data & Analytics teams.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide leadership, passion, ownership and motivation across a team of data scientists, data analysts, and data operations specialists.
  • Hire, develop, and retain exceptionally talented people with diverse data science skills, giving them the autonomy and guidance to best deliver our business outcomes. 
  • Prioritize a high-value, strategic innovation agenda for the data teams and ensure that people and teams are organized against the most important goals of the company.
  • Establish relationships and effective communications with other executives to drive outcomes and ensure scientific method and research drive the product roadmap.
  • Regular meetings with clients to represent the voice of data and analytics, from evaluations and ROI to algorithm efficacy and data insights.
  • Embed patient and customer understanding and a focus on outcomes into the broader technology team by supporting investments in our organizational development and cross-cutting initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing a team of direct reports within the Data Science, Engineering, Analytics space, etc.
  • Significant Experience building, motivating and retaining a high performing, flexible and collaborative data and analytics function. 
  • Prior experience in a role that involved regular engagement with external customers or clients
  • A proven hands-on technical background in data science with demonstrated strategic impact at an executive level and the scale of industry. 
  • While we are open and encouraging of people picking up new technologies, a familiarity with our technical stack is a plus. That includes (but is not limited to) the following: 
    • AWS, Linux, Redshift, Python, R, SQL, Docker, TensorFlow, Keras, Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Gensim, Scikit-learn, NLTK, Jupyter 
  • A strong problem solver with experience building technical strategy and understanding technical tradeoffs and risk.

About the team & opportunity

Quartet’s Core Platform team owns and operates a variety of backend services that support end-user applications and integrations with internal and external systems. These services are written in Kotlin, Java and Python, are typically supported by PostgreSQL, and run on AWS. Data Platform Engineer is a cross-cutting role that involves handling both complex business problems and complex technology: our incoming data sources are crucial to guiding correct clinical decisions and creating a stellar product. Accountabilities:

  • Articulate and share Quartet’s total reward value proposition and philosophy, regularly evolve the compensation strategy, complete compensation analyses, maintain competitive market data and provide recommendations for total rewards and equity at every level
  • Run annual, semi-annual and quarterly compensation processes as well as short and long term incentives, commission programs, and option grants in partnership with the finance team
  • Continuously educate and partner with budget owners and hiring managers to manage total reward and compensation conversations and decisions
  • Responsible for data strategy, collection, maintenance and reporting related to key employee and culture metrics
  • Create and share dashboards with the People Team, functional leaders and Senior Leadership including preparing and presenting Executive summaries and recommendations
  • Own the architecture, integration and workflows related to all people-related data systems and tools, including Greenhouse, Zenefits, Culture Amp, Lattice, and Twine. Bring innovative ideas and tools to the team which enhance our data collection, use and insights.
  • Partner with DEI, L&D, HR and Recruiting to measure and drive key results
  • Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders across the company to align data collection and reporting with business objectives
  • Derive insights from employee data and recommend programs to address gaps
  • Develop predictive models for areas such as performance achievement and turnover based on employee and market data

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets, e.g., pivot tables, modeling and macros
  • Ability to build spreadsheets and templates which can be transitioned to others less skilled in Excel to maintain (based on clarity and simplicity)
  • Experience turning raw data into dashboards, visualizations, and other easily digested formats
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and problem solving, with a commitment to high performance and accuracy. Extremely detail-oriented.
  • Skilled at writing and presenting executive level summaries
  • Ability to deliver on tight timelines and move quickly, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience driving total rewards strategy
  • Proficiency in analyzing HR specific data from multiple data sets, deriving insights from that data and creating strategic initiatives and impactful goals in response to those insights

About the team & opportunity

Quartet’s Core Platform team owns and operates a variety of backend services that support end-user applications and integrations with internal and external systems. These services are written in Kotlin, Java and Python, are typically supported by PostgreSQL, and run on AWS. Day to day, Core Platform engineers work in cross functional teams with members from the product team and other engineering teams to add capabilities and features to a system that is helping people receive the mental health care they need most. 

As a Senior Backend Engineer candidate you are looking to work with a team that values trust, openness and safety. About the team:

The Mental Health Network Acquisition and Implementation Team is responsible for building a high-performing network of mental health care options to meet the needs of patients and populations across all markets. The team will create a solid foundation and build strong working relationships with mental health providers, agencies, systems and vendors and effectively implement and integrate Quartet’s product into daily workflows and strategic plans.  The Mental Health Acquisition and Implementation Team sits within the Clinical Operations team. Accountabilities:

  • Convince mental health treatment entities to join the Quartet network so that, using our free software, they can receive new patient referrals and clinically collaborate with primary care providers
  • Lead complete sales cycle, from initial telephonic outreach through final implementation, of mental health organizations including large agencies, health systems, strategic partners and individual clinicians including:
    • Proactively outreach prospects to start sales process
    • Identify correct points of contact, gain buy-in from key stakeholders, and build relationships with executive-level leadership, clinical team and administrative staff
    • Perform compelling virtual software demonstrations
    • Quickly recognize and solve operational barriers or personal hesitations that would limit adoption of Quartet
    • Partner with organization to help design, deploy, and train staff on workflows to incorporate the Quartet software into their daily activities
    • Implement extremely clear and documented Quartet workflows
    • Work cross functionally within Clinical Operations, Partnerships, and Product to project management implementation of strategic MH partners
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Quartet’s software and services, with a particular emphasis on technical feature configuration
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to understand new prospects before acquisition, and transition relationships after acquisition
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track, measure, and optimize all call activity

Minimum Qualifications:

Senior Mental Health Network Implementation Manager, Value Based Care

About the team:

The Mental Health Network Management Team is responsible for managing a high-performing network of mental health care options to meet the needs of patients and populations across all markets. The Mental Health Network Management Team sits within the Clinical Operations team.   • Lead the implementation of Quartet’s value based care contracts with mental health practices and providers
  • Become a subject matter expert in the APM 
  • Introduce APM to key practice stakeholders including executive and clinical leadership
  • Complete initial practice discovery to understand practice workflows and inform implementation
  • Comfortably engage with executive and VP-level stakeholders 
  • Identify partners and key stakeholders across mental health practices to design  processes and workflows supporting participation in the APM
  • Work creatively in navigating and overcoming obstacles, partnering with stakeholders and relevant internal team members to reduce barriers to success and mitigate risks
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal Quartet stakeholders including customer success, product, technology and data analytics
  • Project managing key implementation components including developing data sharing workflows
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Quartet’s software and services, with a particular emphasis on technical feature configuration
  • Manage timeline for implementation to expedite go-live as quickly as possible.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience working in a mental healthcare agency, a project management role, an account management role, or an implementation role.  
  • External-facing C-suite relationship management experience as well as internal-facing project management experience creating new processes that require input from multiple teams.
  • Experience or equivalency of working in population health management programs or quality improvement (e.g. PDSA cycles)
  • Experience running cross functional implementations/partnership integrations.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers or working on mental health related projects
  • Knowledge of EHRs for data reporting or quality improvement
  • Autonomous with demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement, and assertiveness

About the team & Opportunity:

Quartet’s Market and Customer Success teams are responsible for delivering value to customers, which starts with building a strong local presence in each of our markets. Specifically, the Centene Customer Success team is responsible for creating, implementing, and scaling Quartet’s Member Connections and Value Based Care programs across all 33 of Centene’s Health Plans. The Centene Customer Success team is joined at the hip with our partners across the organization to ensure continuous innovation -- this includes close collaboration with product development, operations, and importantly, revenue. Because of the depth of our partnerships, together with our cross functional partners, we help to mutually define goals and objectives of our Centene partnerships and ensure we support the GTM development against those expectations.  Our approach is “partnership” rather than selling, to align on joint pain points, value and product capabilities. Our Centene partnership requires someone who enjoys a fast-paced, innovative environment with daily client interactions, as we build and scale the country’s first value based care model for mental health.  

The Client Executive is responsible for driving overall success with a defined subset of Centene’s Health Plans.  This individual will be accountable for developing, managing, and maintaining client relationships from senior-most levels through day-to-day interactions.  The objectives of this role are delivering on client-driven objectives for the program, driving customer health and referenceability, revenue retention, and driving long term customer growth with Quartet.  

Accountabilities:

  • Lead post sales implementation and delivery for a defined set of Centene’s Health Plans; manage ongoing customer health and referencability, manage and grow revenue with direct ownership of renewals and upselling of Quartet’s technology and services.
  • Manage C-level, enterprise-scale stakeholder relationships with Centene Health Plans ensuring that our objectives are in alignment with their strategy and that our customers are seeing ROI and impact from their investment in Quartet. Understand customers’ behavioral health strategy, translating that strategy to a successful roadmap of initiatives in partnership with Quartet.  
  • Partner with the Quartet Implementation, Operation, and Product Leads to develop an operational plan for ensuring customer goals are achieved and Quartet is set up to delivery value/ROI for each customer 
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs for Centene Health Plans; identify trends that inform process improvement within product and operations. 
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that customer feedback is being shared and acted upon by the appropriate group at Quartet; effectively managing internal relationships to execute against customer performance expectations.
  • Lead all client activities, including regular steering committees and ongoing operating committees.  Serve as the quarterback for all customer inquiries, reporting needs, and risk identification / mitigation.  Partner and collaborate with various Quartet teams to ensure client needs are met and deliver high client satisfaction.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new and existing revenue opportunities for current Centene Health Plans under coverage.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience working in a B2B account executive or client-facing role; Healthcare experience required
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining C-Suite level relationships within complicated cross-functional organizations required
  • Critical core competencies include: Ability to work independently; strong ability to proactively develop relationships; excellent communication skills; ability to think strategically about client needs, agendas, and dynamics, and create solutions and approaches that deliver on client needs while simultaneously working within Quartet’s program; demonstrated leadership experience.  
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Enterprise Mental Health Network Account Manager (Pacific/Mountain time)

About the team:

The Mental Health Network Acquisition and Implementation Team is responsible for building a high-performing network of mental health care options to meet the needs of patients and populations across all markets. The team will create a solid foundation and build strong working relationships with mental health providers, agencies, systems and vendors and effectively implement and integrate Quartet’s product into daily workflows and strategic plans.  The Mental Health Acquisition and Implementation Team sits within the Clinical Operations team. The Clinical Operations team supports patients getting access to the mental healthcare that is right for them through direct patient support and through the development of a robust mental health network.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead sales cycle with key accounts, from initial telephonic outreach through final implementation, of mental health organizations including enterprise-level agencies, health systems, and strategic partners across multiple states
    • Cold call prospects to start sales process
    • Identify correct points of contact
    • Convince C-suite, VP, Executive Directors, and Boards to join the Quartet network so that, using our free software, their company can receive new patient referrals and clinically collaborate with primary care providers.
    • Perform compelling virtual software demonstrations
    • Quickly recognize and solve operational barriers or personal hesitations that would limit adoption of Quartet
    • Partner with organization to help design, deploy, and train staff on workflows to incorporate the Quartet software into their daily activities
    • Implement extremely clear and documented Quartet workflows
    • Work cross functionally within Clinical Operations, Partnerships, and Product to project management implementation of strategic partners
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Quartet’s software and services, with a particular emphasis on technical feature configuration.  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five to ten years of experience working in sales or account management
  • External-facing C-suite Sales experience
  • Experience conducting demonstrations of a technology platform and developing sales presentations (in both a virtual and in-person environment)
  • Experience selling to healthcare providers or working on mental health related projects

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the long-term relationship manager for mental health organizations that have completed implementation and launched their partnership with Quartet.  
  • Ensure the adoption of Quartet’s product and contracts with mental health practices and providers
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Quartet’s software and services as well as alternative payment models, with a particular emphasis on technical feature configuration.
  • Successfully demonstrate Quartet’s value and mission to leadership, staff, and clinicians at partner mental health organizations by:
    • Maintaining meaningful, value-additive long term relationships with key stakeholders
    • Partnering with stakeholders to continually revise workflows and train staff to incorporate the Quartet technology into their daily activities

    • Analyze and effectively communicate outcomes data and practice performance in APM to practice stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
  • Two or more years of experience working in a mental healthcare agency or in account management where the primary focus of the role was to build meaningful partnerships

  • Experience working in population health management programs or quality improvement (e.g. PDSA cycles)

About the team & Opportunity:

Quartet is looking for an experienced Business Operations & Strategy Analyst to partner with our Clinical Operations team to measure and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our Mental Health Provider engagement and patient care coordination efforts. This role will report into Quartet’s Business Operations & Strategy team and will be fully integrated into the Clinical Operations team that they support.

The Clinical Operations team consists of teams that work with our Mental Health Providers (MHPs) and our patients.  The Care Navigation team is responsible for connecting patient to mental health resources and supporting them throughout their journey to care.. Our goal is to reduce the challenges that patients face in their search for care, improve speed and access to high quality care, and to make the process as seamless as possible.

The Mental Health Network Acquisition & Implementation team and the Mental Health Network Management team, build and engage our Mental Health ecosystem so that patients referred through Quartet have access to effective mental healthcare. 

The Clinical Operations team partners with our Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams to pilot programs with Providers and Patients that inform future Product and Operations strategy.

As a Business Strategy Analyst you will provide analysis and insights to the Clinical Operations team to unlock growth and operational efficiency improvements.  You will partner with other analysts to deliver on strategic business initiatives and develop a strong knowledge of our internal data systems and an understanding of how to use them to operate efficiently. You will support development and implementation of pilots and initiatives by partnering with product and the Clinical Operations team. You will run the Clinical Operations Leadership meetings and be responsible for helping to set and track goals across the team

This position requires outstanding analytic and communication skills, the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of colleagues, experience prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment, and the tenacity to execute against deliverables in a timely, high-quality fashion.

Accountabilities:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of Patient and Mental Health processes in order to lead strategic partnerships and improve operations
  • Leverage available reporting infrastructure and tools (e.g. Looker, Salesforce) to accurately reflect organizational behavior and drive better decision-making
  • Provide actionable insights (the "so what") for every dashboard created, ensuring data is put into action efficiently and effectively
  • Interface with a variety of internal counterparts to address day-to-day data- and reporting-driven inquiries, issues and requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical role, either through consulting or internal strategy and operations positions
  • 1-2 years of experience working with business users to understand, scope and map business questions to data that can be used to answer them, and developing answers and recommendations through analysis
  • 1-2 years of experience communicating data-driven insights and recommendations to senior executives, using Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides

About the team & Opportunity:

Quartet Health is looking for a Senior Data Integration Specialist to lead Quartet’s integrations with electronic health record and claims data and own the business relationships with our healthcare customers and vendors.

This position requires outstanding communication and project management skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare data landscape, and technical skill set of data languages used for data manipulation and quality assurance. The ideal candidate can execute against competing deliverables in a timely, high-quality fashion. 

The Senior Data Integration Specialist will collaborate with numerous teams - both internal and external - to source data Quartet needs to operate, helping to ensure that the scope and direction of each procurement and processing is on schedule. You’ll interact primarily with Quartet’s customers and data vendors, managing customer expectations and competing data integrations. You'll represent Quartet’s Data Operations during customer meetings, where you will collaborate with our data partners to extract the right data elements from their internal systems and ensure they map to the data points needed for Quartet's standard operating processes. You'll be responsible for data validation and owning internal and external communications when data quality expectations aren't fully met. 

Within Quartet, this position requires cross-team collaboration on these integrations. Teams you will work with include: Quartet's data engineers, partnering with them to develop our data pipeline and transform our partners data into standard models, Quartet’s data science and business intelligence teams to communicate or update new issues in ongoing feeds, as well as Quartet’s implementation and client success teams to effectively share progress and priorities and negotiate the exchange of healthcare data with our partners.

Accountabilities

  • Own business and technical relationships with Quartet’s integration partners, including the project management of new integrations
  • Be the subject matter expert on health care data standards, such as claims or HL7, for Quartet’s internal teams
  • Translate health care data requirements into Quartet’s standard data models, working closely with engineers to provide technical specifications
  • Manage multiple data integrations, providing data quality assurance and maintenance as needed
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical integration issues or bugs

About the team & opportunity

Quartet’s Core Platform team owns and operates a variety of backend services that support end-user applications and integrations with internal and external systems. These services are written in Kotlin, Java and Python, are typically supported by PostgreSQL, and run on AWS. Quartet’s Data Platform team uses cutting-edge data engineering frameworks to help solve one of the most urgent problems in our society.

Data Platform Engineer is a cross-cutting role that involves handling both complex business problems and complex technology: our incoming data sources are crucial to guiding correct clinical decisions and creating a stellar product. You will build and scale systems that ingest, standardize, and enrich external healthcare data sources. About the team & Opportunity: You will be part of our growing security team at Quartet Health. You will be tasked with the build-out of Quartet's security infrastructure, with a focus on automation, and eventually your focus will shift to day-to-day operations and break/fix.

Accountabilities

  • Design, test, and deploy various security solutions for Quartet’s internal and external systems

Qualifications - Minimum

About the team & opportunity

Quartet’s Core Platform team owns and operates a variety of backend services that support end-user applications and integrations with internal and external systems. These services are written in Kotlin, Java and Python, are typically supported by PostgreSQL, and run on AWS. Day to day, Core Platform engineers work in cross functional teams with members from the product team and other engineering teams to add capabilities and features to a system that is helping people receive the mental health care they need most. 

As a Senior Backend Engineer candidate you are looking to work with a team that values trust, openness and safety. In terms of the craft of coding, you’re highly proficient in at least one language, possibly more. You may have developed user interfaces before, but have a preference for backend systems. The team will create a solid foundation and build strong working relationships with mental health providers, agencies, systems and vendors and effectively implement and integrate Quartet’s product into daily workflows and strategic plans.  The Mental Health Acquisition and Implementation Team sits within the Clinical Operations team. The Clinical Operations team supports patients getting access to the mental healthcare that is right for them through direct patient support and through the development of a robust mental health network.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Convince mental health treatment entities to join the Quartet network so that, using our free software, they can receive new patient referrals and clinically collaborate with primary care providers
  • Lead complete sales cycle, from initial telephonic outreach through final implementation, of mental health organizations including large agencies, health systems, strategic partners and individual clinicians including:
    • Proactively outreach prospects to start sales process
    • Identify correct points of contact, gain buy-in from key stakeholders, and build relationships with executive-level leadership, clinical team and administrative staff
    • Perform compelling virtual software demonstrations
    • Quickly recognize and solve operational barriers or personal hesitations that would limit adoption of Quartet
    • Partner with organization to help design, deploy, and train staff on workflows to incorporate the Quartet software into their daily activities
    • Implement extremely clear and documented Quartet workflows
    • Work cross functionally within Clinical Operations, Partnerships, and Product to project management implementation of strategic MH partners
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Quartet’s software and services, with a particular emphasis on technical feature configuration
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to understand new prospects before acquisition, and transition relationships after acquisition
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track, measure, and optimize all call activity

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience working in a sales or account management role
  • Experience conducting demonstrations of a technology platform and developing sales presentations (in both a virtual and in-person environment)
  • Experience selling to healthcare providers or working on mental health related projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a CRM system such as Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel within assigned region (if the company returns to travel)
  • Able to work west coast hours

Senior Mental Health Network Implementation Manager, Value Based Care

About the team:

The Mental Health Network Management Team is responsible for managing a high-performing network of mental health care options to meet the needs of patients and populations across all markets. The team will develop strong working relationships with mental health practices and providers with the goal of setting mental health providers up for success in utilizing Quartet’s products and participating in client partnerships. The Mental Health Network Management Team sits within the Clinical Operations team. The Clinical Operations team supports patients getting access to the mental healthcare that is right for them through direct patient support and through the development of a robust mental health network. 

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Quartet’s value based care contracts with mental health practices and providers
  • Become a subject matter expert in the APM 
  • Introduce APM to key practice stakeholders including executive and clinical leadership
  • Complete initial practice discovery to understand practice workflows and inform implementation
  • Comfortably engage with executive and VP-level stakeholders 
  • Identify partners and key stakeholders across mental health practices to design  processes and workflows supporting participation in the APM
  • Work creatively in navigating and overcoming obstacles, partnering with stakeholders and relevant internal team members to reduce barriers to success and mitigate risks
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal Quartet stakeholders including customer success, product, technology and data analytics
  • Project managing key implementation components including developing data sharing workflows
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Quartet’s software and services, with a particular emphasis on technical feature configuration
  • Manage timeline for implementation to expedite go-live as quickly as possible.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience working in a mental healthcare agency, a project management role, an account management role, or an implementation role.  
  • External-facing C-suite relationship management experience as well as internal-facing project management experience creating new processes that require input from multiple teams.
  • Experience or equivalency of working in population health management programs or quality improvement (e.g. PDSA cycles)
  • Experience running cross functional implementations/partnership integrations.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers or working on mental health related projects
  • Knowledge of EHRs for data reporting or quality improvement
  • Autonomous with demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement, and assertiveness  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region (if the company returns to travel)

About the team & Opportunity:

Quartet’s Market and Customer Success teams are responsible for delivering value to customers, which starts with building a strong local presence in each of our markets. Specifically, the Centene Customer Success team is responsible for creating, implementing, and scaling Quartet’s Member Connections and Value Based Care programs across all 33 of Centene’s Health Plans. The Centene Customer Success team is joined at the hip with our partners across the organization to ensure continuous innovation -- this includes close collaboration with product development, operations, and importantly, revenue. Because of the depth of our partnerships, together with our cross functional partners, we help to mutually define goals and objectives of our Centene partnerships and ensure we support the GTM development against those expectations.  Our approach is “partnership” rather than selling, to align on joint pain points, value and product capabilities. Our Centene partnership requires someone who enjoys a fast-paced, innovative environment with daily client interactions, as we build and scale the country’s first value based care model for mental health.  

The Client Executive is responsible for driving overall success with a defined subset of Centene’s Health Plans.  This individual will be accountable for developing, managing, and maintaining client relationships from senior-most levels through day-to-day interactions.  The objectives of this role are delivering on client-driven objectives for the program, driving customer health and referenceability, revenue retention, and driving long term customer growth with Quartet.  

Accountabilities:

  • Lead post sales implementation and delivery for a defined set of Centene’s Health Plans; manage ongoing customer health and referencability, manage and grow revenue with direct ownership of renewals and upselling of Quartet’s technology and services.
  • Manage C-level, enterprise-scale stakeholder relationships with Centene Health Plans ensuring that our objectives are in alignment with their strategy and that our customers are seeing ROI and impact from their investment in Quartet. Understand customers’ behavioral health strategy, translating that strategy to a successful roadmap of initiatives in partnership with Quartet.  
  • Partner with the Quartet Implementation, Operation, and Product Leads to develop an operational plan for ensuring customer goals are achieved and Quartet is set up to delivery value/ROI for each customer 
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs for Centene Health Plans; identify trends that inform process improvement within product and operations. 
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that customer feedback is being shared and acted upon by the appropriate group at Quartet; effectively managing internal relationships to execute against customer performance expectations.
  • Lead all client activities, including regular steering committees and ongoing operating committees.  Serve as the quarterback for all customer inquiries, reporting needs, and risk identification / mitigation.  Partner and collaborate with various Quartet teams to ensure client needs are met and deliver high client satisfaction.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new and existing revenue opportunities for current Centene Health Plans under coverage.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience working in a B2B account executive or client-facing role; Healthcare experience required
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining C-Suite level relationships within complicated cross-functional organizations required
  • Critical core competencies include: Ability to work independently; strong ability to proactively develop relationships; excellent communication skills; ability to think strategically about client needs, agendas, and dynamics, and create solutions and approaches that deliver on client needs while simultaneously working within Quartet’s program; demonstrated leadership experience.  
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Deep Health Plan, Primary Care, and/or Mental Health domain experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in Operations, Product Development or Management, or other related functions (in addition to client management experience) a plus
