About the team & opportunity:

The Cloud Platform team supports all aspects of our AWS cloud and infrastructure environments, working to ensure high performing and reliable production systems and related infrastructure.

During your internship, you will:

  • Learn about observability. When is there too much or too little?
  • Create a unified dashboard for systems monitoring leveraging various toolsets.
  • Learn about disaster recovery, create a DR plan and run a successful test.

Accountabilities:

  • Work with an engineer on updating and running a successful disaster recovery plan
  • Learn about different observability tools and what is the minimum set needed.
  • Consolidate observability to a single dashboard.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Working towards a Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Systems, Engineering or related degree
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-starter who is curious and knows where to look for the right answers

Terms:

About the team & Opportunity:

You will be part of our growing security team at Quartet Health. You will be tasked with the build-out of Quartet's security infrastructure, with a focus on automation, and eventually your focus will shift to day-to-day operations and break/fix.

Accountabilities

  • Design, test, and deploy various security solutions for Quartet’s internal and external systems
  • Implement effective methods in anomaly-based attack detection / prevention and attack surface reduction
  • Promote secure coding practices within the application development teams
  • Work on improvement of existing tools and development of new tools
  • Assist with annual SOC2 and HITRUST (re)certification and 3rd party vendor assessments.

Qualifications - Minimum

  • 3+ years working as a Cloud/Infrastructure Engineer, Security Analyst, Security Engineer (or comparable role), preferably in an AWS environment
  • Experience with any of the following areas of compliance: (HIPAA, NIST 800-171, HITRUST)
  • Have a solid understanding/usage of Infrastructure as Code, Configuration Management (Terraform, Ansible)
  • You are adept at using scripting languages to automate tasks (Python, AWK, Nodejs)
  • You understand modern web application architecture (MVC using React / Angular) and how to secure it (OWASP)
  • Have a solid understanding of common networking protocols and operations engineering (specifically MacOS and popular Linux variants)

Qualifications - Preferred

  • Familiarity with Open Source security tools (e.g. ELK stack) and common network services (LDAP, DNS, NTP, etc.)

Account Manager, Mental Health Network, Value Based Care

About the team & opportunity:

The Mental Health Network Management Team is responsible for managing a high-performing network of mental health care options to meet the needs of patients and populations across all markets. The team will develop strong working relationships with mental health practices and providers with the goal of setting mental health providers up for success in utilizing Quartet’s products and participating in client partnerships. The Mental Health Network Management Team sits within the Clinical Operations team. The Clinical Operations team supports patients getting access to the mental healthcare that is right for them through direct patient support and through the development of a robust mental health network.
 
Please note that this is a remote position and the individual must be located in the Pacific Time Zone.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the adoption of Quartet’s value based care contracts with mental health practices and providers
  • Become a subject matter expert in the Alternative Payment Model (APM)
  • Receive hand-off from Implementation specialist- execute workflows 
  • Identify need for workflow iteration based on practice performance to optimize Value Based Care (VBC) participation and success
  • Project-manage new workflow development to completion
  • Work creatively in navigating and overcoming obstacles, partnering with stakeholders and relevant internal team members to reduce barriers to success and mitigate risks
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Quartet’s software and services, with a particular emphasis on technical feature configuration.
  • Successfully demonstrate Quartet’s value and mission to leadership, staff, and clinicians at partner mental health organizations by:
    • Maintaining meaningful, value-additive long term relationships with key stakeholders
    • Partnering with stakeholders to continually revise workflows and train staff to incorporate the Quartet technology into their daily activities
  • Support achievement of APM target goals for practice performance outcomes within assigned books of business by:
    • Analyze and effectively communicate outcomes data and practice performance in APM to practice stakeholders
    • Support iteration in practice workflows to achieve continued success
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Quartet’s internal team workflows and cultivate collaborative relationships with internal Quartet stakeholders including customer success, product, technology and data analytics
  • A successful account manager is passionate about mental healthcare and works with a lot of grit, has excellent time-management and problem-solving skills, is a driven self-starter who can execute on initiatives with little direction, and approaches their work with creativity and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
  • Two or more years of experience working in a mental healthcare agency or in account management where the primary focus of the role was to build meaningful partnerships
  • A passion for expanding access to mental healthcare services
  • Experience working in population health management programs or quality improvement (e.g. PDSA cycles)
  • Critical core competencies include:  Excellent communication skills,  strong problem solving skills, highly organized, effective at time management, adept at navigating technical software
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented 
  • Comfort with fast-paced often changing environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in conducting product demos of a technology platform and developing sales presentations (in both a virtual and in-person environment) 
  • Experience with motivational interviewing
  • Experience working within a CRM system such as Salesforce
  • Experience selling or representing software as a service (SAAS)
  • Experience selling or supporting healthcare providers

About the team & Opportunity: 

As VP Product Strategy Value Based Care, you will own the end to end product portfolio to support Quartet’s Value Based Care (VBC) Programs. Reporting to the SVP of Product, you set product strategy and alignment across the organization for your product area, in conjunction with the VP of Design. The VP Product Strategy VBC will interface the product management and design teams to shape the roadmap and vision; with close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders. 

The Product Strategy and Design team is the link between our business operations, product managers and our customers. Product Strategy VP’s make decisions about strategic product direction and tactics that deliver results and outcomes related to the product portfolio under their mandate.  In partnership with the Product Managers, plans are set to deliver output that support the desired strategic outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the organization is driving towards the highest value outcomes, as we enable payers and providers to transition from fee for service into payment models that reward providers based on patient outcomes. 
  • Represent the customers and users at every stage of the product lifecycle
  • Regularly meeting with customers and users in order to intrinsically understand needs
  • Ensure that the entire company understands the vision and direction for the Value Based Care product line; communicates and reinforces that strategy across teams
  • Run sessions with the product team, customer-facing teams, and BD to synthesize what each team is hearing and thinking
  • Create internal alignment and excitement around a shared vision for the Value Based Care product line
  • Analyze market opportunities and competitive intelligence to quantify market size, growth, segmentation and value  proposition
  • Create product strategies to address market needs and translate into a product roadmap
  • Act as product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of current and future product offerings
  • Support of product marketing, program implementation, and business development including creation of collateral & tools, channel enablement, thought leadership, presentations & demos

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience leading Product Management or Product Strategy in health technology and working with C-Suite & board members
  • Deep understanding of alternative payment models: Episodes of Care/BPCI, ACOs, commercial insurance shared savings programs, PCMH
  • Ability to enlist peer organizations such as marketing, services and business development
  • Proven ability to understand market and customer needs and define new products and capabilities
  • Strong technical aptitude, including knowledge of software development processes and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to cut through the noise to distill complex issues while also able to dive into sophisticated details as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Health Systems, Plans and Providers specifically in the domain of mental health
  • Familiarity with program outcomes evaluation methods
  • Robust understanding of the technologies required to run SaaS in Health tech, including knowledge around healthcare interoperability

About the Team & Opportunity: 

As SVP Product, you will own product strategy and product vision for Quartet and be responsible for quantifiable outcomes and business impact driven by product. Reporting to the CTO, you will own the product roadmap and lead the team of Product Management VP’s and the VP Design who work closely with, and are the product interface to, marketing, business development, technology, Quartet’s services organizations and customers.

The Product Strategy, Product Management and Design team is the link between our business operations, product managers and our customers. Product Strategy VP’s make decisions about strategic product direction and tactics that deliver results and outcomes related to the product portfolio under their mandate.  In partnership with the Product Managers, plans are set to deliver output that support the desired strategic outcomes.  The Design team is responsible for design research, product and production design.

Accountabilities:

  • Own quantifiable objectives with accountability for impact on each of our major business processes
  • Leadership and growth of the Product Management & Design teams, including planning, organizing, prioritizing and keep the team focused on the right things
  • Coaching, mentoring and career development of the Product Managers & Design Team
  • Ensure that the entire company understands product vision and direction 
  • Drive the execution of the product strategy  in alignment with the CEO, and other executives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years health-tech experience leading Product Management, Product Strategy, Design and Design Research in health technology and working with C-Suite & board members
  • Experience working with large scale agile teams 
  • Proven experience delivering innovative breakthrough health-tech products that transform at the scale of industry ideally serving health providers, systems, payers and patients
  • Proven experience as a strong cross-functional collaborator with deep subject matter expertise and instinct to engage deeply when liaising with peer organizations, such as technology, marketing, business development and services
  • Solid understanding of contemporary cloud-based technologies and what constitutes good architecture and design
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to cut through the noise to distill complex issues while also able to dive into sophisticated details as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Health Systems, Plans and Providers specifically in the domain of mental health

Senior Outbound Sales Manager - PST

About the team:

The Mental Health Network Acquisition and Implementation Team is responsible for building a high-performing network of mental health care options to meet the needs of patients and populations across all markets. The team will create a solid foundation and build strong working relationships with mental health providers, agencies, systems and vendors and effectively implement and integrate Quartet’s product into daily workflows and strategic plans.  The Mental Health Acquisition and Implementation Team sits within the Clinical Operations team. The Clinical Operations team supports patients getting access to the mental healthcare that is right for them through direct patient support and through the development of a robust mental health network.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Convince mental health treatment entities to join the Quartet network so that, using our free software, they can receive new patient referrals and clinically collaborate with primary care providers

  • Convince mental health treatment entities to join the Quartet network so that, using our free software, they can receive new patient referrals and clinically collaborate with primary care providers

  • Identify partners and key stakeholders across mental health practices to design  processes and workflows supporting participation in the APM

  • Manage timeline for implementation to expedite go-live as quickly as possible.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience working in a mental healthcare agency, a project management role, an account management role, or an implementation role.  
  • External-facing C-suite relationship management experience as well as internal-facing project management experience creating new processes that require input from multiple teams.
  • Experience or equivalency of working in population health management programs or quality improvement (e.g. PDSA cycles)
  • Experience running cross functional implementations/partnership integrations.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers or working on mental health related projects
  • Knowledge of EHRs for data reporting or quality improvement

Quartet’s Market and Customer Success teams are responsible for delivering value to customers, which starts with building a strong local presence in each of our markets. Specifically, the Centene Customer Success team is responsible for creating, implementing, and scaling Quartet’s Member Connections and Value Based Care programs across all 33 of Centene’s Health Plans. The Centene Customer Success team is joined at the hip with our partners across the organization to ensure continuous innovation -- this includes close collaboration with product development, operations, and importantly, revenue. The Client Executive is responsible for driving overall success with a defined subset of Centene’s Health Plans.  This individual will be accountable for developing, managing, and maintaining client relationships from senior-most levels through day-to-day interactions.  The objectives of this role are delivering on client-driven objectives for the program, driving customer health and referenceability, revenue retention, and driving long term customer growth with Quartet.  

Accountabilities:

  • Lead post sales implementation and delivery for a defined set of Centene’s Health Plans; manage ongoing customer health and referencability, manage and grow revenue with direct ownership of renewals and upselling of Quartet’s technology and services.
  • Manage C-level, enterprise-scale stakeholder relationships with Centene Health Plans ensuring that our objectives are in alignment with their strategy and that our customers are seeing ROI and impact from their investment in Quartet. Understand customers’ behavioral health strategy, translating that strategy to a successful roadmap of initiatives in partnership with Quartet.  
  • Partner with the Quartet Implementation, Operation, and Product Leads to develop an operational plan for ensuring customer goals are achieved and Quartet is set up to delivery value/ROI for each customer 
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs for Centene Health Plans; identify trends that inform process improvement within product and operations. 
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that customer feedback is being shared and acted upon by the appropriate group at Quartet; effectively managing internal relationships to execute against customer performance expectations.
  • Lead all client activities, including regular steering committees and ongoing operating committees.  Serve as the quarterback for all customer inquiries, reporting needs, and risk identification / mitigation.  Partner and collaborate with various Quartet teams to ensure client needs are met and deliver high client satisfaction.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new and existing revenue opportunities for current Centene Health Plans under coverage.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience working in a B2B account executive or client-facing role; Healthcare experience required
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining C-Suite level relationships within complicated cross-functional organizations required

The Care Navigation team is responsible for working directly with patients to connect them to mental healthcare providers. About the team:

The Mental Health Network Acquisition and Implementation Team is responsible for building a high-performing network of mental health care options to meet the needs of patients and populations across all markets. The team will create a solid foundation and build strong working relationships with mental health providers, agencies, systems and vendors and effectively implement and integrate Quartet’s product into daily workflows and strategic plans.  The Mental Health Acquisition and Implementation Team sits within the Clinical Operations team. The Clinical Operations team supports patients getting access to the mental healthcare that is right for them through direct patient support and through the development of a robust mental health network.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead sales cycle with key accounts, from initial telephonic outreach through final implementation, of mental health organizations including enterprise-level agencies, health systems, and strategic partners across multiple states
    • Cold call prospects to start sales process
    • Identify correct points of contact
    • Convince C-suite, VP, Executive Directors, and Boards to join the Quartet network so that, using our free software, their company can receive new patient referrals and clinically collaborate with primary care providers.
    • Perform compelling virtual software demonstrations
    • Quickly recognize and solve operational barriers or personal hesitations that would limit adoption of Quartet
    • Partner with organization to help design, deploy, and train staff on workflows to incorporate the Quartet software into their daily activities
    • Implement extremely clear and documented Quartet workflows
    • Work cross functionally within Clinical Operations, Partnerships, and Product to project management implementation of strategic partners
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Quartet’s software and services, with a particular emphasis on technical feature configuration.  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five to ten years of experience working in sales or account management
  • External-facing C-suite Sales experience
  • Experience conducting demonstrations of a technology platform and developing sales presentations (in both a virtual and in-person environment)

About the Team and Opportunity:

Quartet’s Market and Customer Success teams are responsible for delivering value to customers, which starts with building a strong local presence in each of our markets. Specifically, the Centene Customer Success team is responsible for creating, implementing, and scaling Quartet’s Member Connections and Value Based Care programs across all 33 of Centene’s Health Plans. The Centene Customer Success team is joined at the hip with our partners across the organization to ensure continuous innovation -- this includes close collaboration with product development, operations, and importantly, revenue. Because of the depth of our partnerships, together with our cross functional partners, we help to mutually define goals and objectives of our Centene partnerships and ensure we support the GTM development against those expectations.  Our approach is “partnership” rather than selling, to align on joint pain points, value and product capabilities. The Client Manager is responsible for supporting overall success with a defined subset of Centene’s Health Plans. The Client Manager is a trusted partner and point of contact for Quartet’s clients, reporting into a Senior Client Executive and partnering closely with internal Quartet teams, client operations, and client leadership to deliver operational excellence, manage day-to-day client interactions and operations, and identify and address areas of improvement to support Quartet’s ability to consistently deliver value. The Client Manager will be responsible for owning the operational and relationship components of one or more partnerships. 

Client Managers are highly organized and accountable client leads, who are able to project manage operational initiatives while building trusted relationships externally and collaborating to draw from the vast expertise of Quartet’s internal teams. The Client Manager adds value by ensuring that Quartet strives to solve large and long-term client business problems, doing so by strategically engaging with the client beyond immediate requests. 

Accountabilities:

  • Manage client objectives, expectations, and timelines by communicating directions/changes to internal team members, and acting as an internal and external project manager who ensures successful tracking and delivery of client goals across key financial, clinical, operational, and service capabilities; 
  • Support Senior Client Executive in client communications and meetings, including but not limited to, Executive Steering and Joint Operating Committee meetings with senior client leadership, as well as operations-level conversations across payor teams (e.g. with data, provider network/relations, clinical and customer experience/service teams). About the team & opportunity:

The Mental Health Network Management Team is responsible for managing a high-performing network of mental health care options to meet the needs of patients and populations across all markets. The team will develop strong working relationships with mental health practices and providers with the goal of setting mental health providers up for success in utilizing Quartet’s products and participating in client partnerships. The Mental Health Network Management Team sits within the Clinical Operations team. Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the adoption of Quartet’s value based care contracts with mental health practices and providers
  • Become a subject matter expert in the Alternative Payment Model (APM)
  • Receive hand-off from Implementation specialist- execute workflows 
  • Identify need for workflow iteration based on practice performance to optimize Value Based Care (VBC) participation and success
  • Project-manage new workflow development to completion
  • Work creatively in navigating and overcoming obstacles, partnering with stakeholders and relevant internal team members to reduce barriers to success and mitigate risks
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Quartet’s software and services, with a particular emphasis on technical feature configuration.

About the team & Opportunity: 

As VP Product Strategy Value Based Care, you will own the end to end product portfolio to support Quartet’s Value Based Care (VBC) Programs. Reporting to the SVP of Product, you set product strategy and alignment across the organization for your product area, in conjunction with the VP of Design. The VP Product Strategy VBC will interface the product management and design teams to shape the roadmap and vision; with close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders. 

The Product Strategy and Design team is the link between our business operations, product managers and our customers. Product Strategy VP’s make decisions about strategic product direction and tactics that deliver results and outcomes related to the product portfolio under their mandate.  In partnership with the Product Managers, plans are set to deliver output that support the desired strategic outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the organization is driving towards the highest value outcomes, as we enable payers and providers to transition from fee for service into payment models that reward providers based on patient outcomes. 
  • Represent the customers and users at every stage of the product lifecycle
  • Regularly meeting with customers and users in order to intrinsically understand needs
  • Ensure that the entire company understands the vision and direction for the Value Based Care product line; communicates and reinforces that strategy across teams
  • Run sessions with the product team, customer-facing teams, and BD to synthesize what each team is hearing and thinking
  • Create internal alignment and excitement around a shared vision for the Value Based Care product line
  • Analyze market opportunities and competitive intelligence to quantify market size, growth, segmentation and value  proposition
  • Create product strategies to address market needs and translate into a product roadmap
  • Act as product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of current and future product offerings
  • Support of product marketing, program implementation, and business development including creation of collateral & tools, channel enablement, thought leadership, presentations & demos

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience leading Product Management or Product Strategy in health technology and working with C-Suite & board members
  • Deep understanding of alternative payment models: Episodes of Care/BPCI, ACOs, commercial insurance shared savings programs, PCMH
  • Ability to enlist peer organizations such as marketing, services and business development
  • Proven ability to understand market and customer needs and define new products and capabilities
  • Strong technical aptitude, including knowledge of software development processes and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to cut through the noise to distill complex issues while also able to dive into sophisticated details as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Health Systems, Plans and Providers specifically in the domain of mental health
  • Familiarity with program outcomes evaluation methods

The Mental Health Network Management Team is responsible for managing a high-performing network of mental health care options to meet the needs of patients and populations across all markets. The team will develop strong working relationships with mental health practices and providers with the goal of setting mental health providers up for success in utilizing Quartet’s products and participating in client partnerships. The Mental Health Network Management Team sits within the Clinical Operations team. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Quartet’s value based care contracts with mental health practices and providers
  • Become a subject matter expert in the APM 
  • Introduce APM to key practice stakeholders including executive and clinical leadership
  • Complete initial practice discovery to understand practice workflows and inform implementation
  • Comfortably engage with executive and VP-level stakeholders 
  • Identify partners and key stakeholders across mental health practices to design  processes and workflows supporting participation in the APM
  • Work creatively in navigating and overcoming obstacles, partnering with stakeholders and relevant internal team members to reduce barriers to success and mitigate risks
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal Quartet stakeholders including customer success, product, technology and data analytics
  • Project managing key implementation components including developing data sharing workflows
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Quartet’s software and services, with a particular emphasis on technical feature configuration
  • Manage timeline for implementation to expedite go-live as quickly as possible.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience working in a mental healthcare agency, a project management role, an account management role, or an implementation role.  
  • External-facing C-suite relationship management experience as well as internal-facing project management experience creating new processes that require input from multiple teams.
  • Experience or equivalency of working in population health management programs or quality improvement (e.g. PDSA cycles)
  • Experience running cross functional implementations/partnership integrations.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers or working on mental health related projects
  • Knowledge of EHRs for data reporting or quality improvement
  • Autonomous with demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement, and assertiveness  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region (if the company returns to travel)

About the team & Opportunity:

Quartet’s Market and Customer Success teams are responsible for delivering value to customers, which starts with building a strong local presence in each of our markets. Specifically, the Centene Customer Success team is responsible for creating, implementing, and scaling Quartet’s Member Connections and Value Based Care programs across all 33 of Centene’s Health Plans. The Centene Customer Success team is joined at the hip with our partners across the organization to ensure continuous innovation -- this includes close collaboration with product development, operations, and importantly, revenue. Because of the depth of our partnerships, together with our cross functional partners, we help to mutually define goals and objectives of our Centene partnerships and ensure we support the GTM development against those expectations.  Our approach is “partnership” rather than selling, to align on joint pain points, value and product capabilities. Our Centene partnership requires someone who enjoys a fast-paced, innovative environment with daily client interactions, as we build and scale the country’s first value based care model for mental health.  

The Client Executive is responsible for driving overall success with a defined subset of Centene’s Health Plans.  This individual will be accountable for developing, managing, and maintaining client relationships from senior-most levels through day-to-day interactions.  The objectives of this role are delivering on client-driven objectives for the program, driving customer health and referenceability, revenue retention, and driving long term customer growth with Quartet.  

Accountabilities:

  • Lead post sales implementation and delivery for a defined set of Centene’s Health Plans; manage ongoing customer health and referencability, manage and grow revenue with direct ownership of renewals and upselling of Quartet’s technology and services.
  • Manage C-level, enterprise-scale stakeholder relationships with Centene Health Plans ensuring that our objectives are in alignment with their strategy and that our customers are seeing ROI and impact from their investment in Quartet. Understand customers’ behavioral health strategy, translating that strategy to a successful roadmap of initiatives in partnership with Quartet.  
  • Partner with the Quartet Implementation, Operation, and Product Leads to develop an operational plan for ensuring customer goals are achieved and Quartet is set up to delivery value/ROI for each customer 
  • Monitor operational performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs for Centene Health Plans; identify trends that inform process improvement within product and operations. 
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that customer feedback is being shared and acted upon by the appropriate group at Quartet; effectively managing internal relationships to execute against customer performance expectations.

About the Team & Opportunity:

The Care Navigation team is responsible for working directly with patients to connect them to mental healthcare providers. We respond to referrals from a patient’s PCP and proactively reach out to patients who have untreated or mismanaged mental health needs. As a team member in the Office of the CEO, you will serve as a key leader in Quartet’s business transformation by connecting people to purpose through process. About the team:

  • Develop Quartet’s messaging and multi-channel content strategy for patients, mental health providers, and referring provider audiences. Manage against a clear editorial calendar for select audiences with clarity on distribution channels and performance goals.
  • Champion the use of storytelling across channels to drive people to action. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless end-to-end content experience for users. Work cross-functionally within the Marketing team, and across the company (e.g. with the Product, Clinical, Operations, Sales), to drive alignment on narrative, messaging, and content.

About the Team & Opportunity:

The Care Navigation team is responsible for working directly with patients to connect them to mental healthcare providers. We manage all referrals from various referring entities, as well as proactively reach out to patients who have untreated or mismanaged mental health needs. As a manager on  the Care Navigation team, you will assist the team in providing the best service to their patients by providing clinical and operational support and guidance.
 
This is a full-time position and will be working out of Pacific Standard Time. 

Accountabilities:

  • Management
    • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to team of clinical and non-clinical care navigators
    • Weekly 1:1s with team to provide mentorship and professional development support
  • Patient Interactions
    • Aid in problem-solving clinically complex patient cases with care navigators
    • Ensure our services meet our patients needs in your market
    • Assist team members in real time when a patient is in an acute state on the phone line
  • Administrative duties:
    • Become proficient in Quartet technology, tools, messaging, and workflows
    • Review daily volumes and ensure work is distributed appropriately across your team and being completed within a timely manner

    • Manage market nuances and customer requests for operational changes

About the Team and Opportunity:

Quartet’s Market and Customer Success teams are responsible for delivering value to customers, which starts with building a strong local presence in each of our markets. Specifically, the Centene Customer Success team is responsible for creating, implementing, and scaling Quartet’s Member Connections and Value Based Care programs across all 33 of Centene’s Health Plans. The Centene Customer Success team is joined at the hip with our partners across the organization to ensure continuous innovation -- this includes close collaboration with product development, operations, and importantly, revenue. The Client Manager is responsible for supporting overall success with a defined subset of Centene’s Health Plans. The Client Manager is a trusted partner and point of contact for Quartet’s clients, reporting into a Senior Client Executive and partnering closely with internal Quartet teams, client operations, and client leadership to deliver operational excellence, manage day-to-day client interactions and operations, and identify and address areas of improvement to support Quartet’s ability to consistently deliver value. The Client Manager will be responsible for owning the operational and relationship components of one or more partnerships. 

Client Managers are highly organized and accountable client leads, who are able to project manage operational initiatives while building trusted relationships externally and collaborating to draw from the vast expertise of Quartet’s internal teams. The Client Manager adds value by ensuring that Quartet strives to solve large and long-term client business problems, doing so by strategically engaging with the client beyond immediate requests. 

Accountabilities:

  • Manage client objectives, expectations, and timelines by communicating directions/changes to internal team members, and acting as an internal and external project manager who ensures successful tracking and delivery of client goals across key financial, clinical, operational, and service capabilities; 
  • Support Senior Client Executive in client communications and meetings, including but not limited to, Executive Steering and Joint Operating Committee meetings with senior client leadership, as well as operations-level conversations across payor teams (e.g. with data, provider network/relations, clinical and customer experience/service teams). Ownership of all presented materials, agendas, scheduling, and meeting notes/memos; 
  • Lead client specific projects/initiatives that require project management, coordination with internal teams, client client updates

Minimum Qualifications:
