DEVOPS/SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER

 

Keet Health is looking for a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) that is going to be an 
integral part of automating the organizations operations. We are looking for an individual 
that embraces infrastructure as code, has an eye for detail, and thrives in an accelerated

•    Build high-quality, reliable tools on our infrastructure that help Keet continue to grow
•    Continuously deliver solutions via Terraform, Docker, and AWS
•    Operate services in production and ensure our platform exceeds availability, capacity, scalability, and performance goals.

SENIOR DATA ANALYST 

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who will help us build the analytical and reporting infrastructure to enable internal employees and customers to take action on patient and employee data to better deliver care. This is not your typical Analyst role; dashboards, reports and analytical products will be used to deliver insight on tight timelines. You will develop a deep understanding of Keet Health’s  products to help drive your analytical solutions, and you must also be able to communicate the value of your work to different disciplines in order to embed your solutions in day-to-day product decisions.

●    Communicating complex technical concepts to other team members and planning capacity accurately isn’t a stressor for you.
●    Be the BI behind core product projects (from origination to implementation) and create the required models and analysis to drive initiatives. 
●    Build out our data as a product. 
●    Help deliver excellent member experiences for patients and clinical professionals and our partners in care.
●    Analyze and identify existing priority processes that need transforming or improvement, and then implement your findings.
●    Build the foundational processes that will enable us to scale nationally and continually optimize them for efficiency and experience.
●    Build reporting and analytical infrastructure in Amazon Quicksight.

PRODUCT SOLUTIONS ENGINEER 

 

ROLE SUMMARY:

 

The Product Solutions Engineer is responsible for effectively scoping solution design, documentation, pricing, and ensuring a successful handoff for implementation of the service offerings. Product Solutions Engineer is a key member of Clinicient’s Product organization who works closely with our Sales organization to provide technical solution designs and proposals for our prospective and existing customers. This position is critical to the success of our entire organization to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions, that provide value to our clients. The Product Solutions Engineer will also have an impact on the organization strategically; through feedback and improvements upon product strategy, pricing, deal processes and ‘Voice of the Customer’ contributions to continually improve solution design quality.
 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scope prospective customers’ needs and technical requirements to develop customized plans to enable success in implementing integration solutions.
  • Drive incremental value through the development, and maintenance of technical and business relationships with sales opportunities to best position capabilities and integrated value proposition.
  • Identify client business issues, determine client desired outcomes and architect a solution that utilizes all necessary products and services.
  • Provide feedback into new and existing product portfolio and strategic roadmap.

Keet is seeking an Enterprise Client Success Manager (CSM) to manage a portfolio of strategic clients to drive adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across the portfolio. Clinical Content Product Manager
Full time

Keet Health is looking for a Clinical Content Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist the clinical strategy and product teams in developing workflows, systems and tools that support the delivery of care to patients, specifically in the rehabilitation industry (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Pathology services). Additionally, you will assist with the creation and delivery of project plan action items that help increase the reliability, performance, and profitability of our existing products, as well as work alongside the product development team in developing new product and/or service features. You’ll be responsible for getting out in the field with our prospects and customers to understand the needs of our users, buyers, and the greater market and bring that insight back to our sales, client success, product, and engineering teams.


At Keet, you’ll need a blend of business and technical savvy along with a solid understanding of the healthcare industry to help the Keet team turn market insights into product features that are easy to use and intuitive. Your role will be both creative and tactical. You’re required to consistently demonstrate the ability to prioritize, work with cross functional teams, and communicate at varying levels of detail as required by the audience. At the tactical level, you’ll need to collaborate with the engineering team to effectively break down high level requirements into detailed and actionable requirements.
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

At Keet you will:

 

  • Formally gather and analyze feedback from Sales, Clinical Strategy, Support, Client Success, and Implementation Teams to incorporate in future development considerations. 
  • Work closely with engineering, Clinical strategy, Client Success, customer support and our implementation teams to define product requirements and deliver completed solutions to our customers.
  • Work with engineering on the tactical planning for iterative releases and create and determine work packages that meet deadlines and deliver customer value. 
  • Drive the Cost of Delay product development strategy including the weekly WIP (work in progress) meeting with the General Manager, Director of Engineering and other Leadership stakeholders. 
  • Drive sprint goals and create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in response to business and technical requirements and needs. 
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to plan product releases, working with all departments to execute. 
  • Be an evangelist for the product and drive the vision of the product management team into the organization as a whole.
  • Dive into and solve technical problems while maintaining communication with the rest of the team.
  • Support and or manage product go to market processes such as User Acceptance Testing, Beta and Pilot Testing, defect triage and training. 
  • Create clinical use cases scenarios for proposed new features and identify clinical requirements for future and current products.
  • Research, organize, define, and document clinical workflows and protocols, and support the management and maintenance of the library of clinical content and protocols for the clinical strategy team.
  • Have a strong understanding of the competitive clinical features, trends, and industry standards (CMS) which may impact the development and ongoing success of a product.
  • Assist with the revision of product features to maintain current clinical guidelines and implement best practices and standards across varied programs and clinical settings.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Keet Health is looking for a Clinical Content Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist the clinical strategy and product teams in developing workflows, systems and tools that support the delivery of care to patients, specifically in the rehabilitation industry (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Pathology services). Additionally, you will assist with the creation and delivery of project plan action items that help increase the reliability, performance, and profitability of our existing products, as well as work alongside the product development team in developing new product and/or service features. You’ll be responsible for getting out in the field with our prospects and customers to understand the needs of our users, buyers, and the greater market and bring that insight back to our sales, client success, product, and engineering teams.

  • Research, organize, define, and document clinical workflows and protocols, and support the management and maintenance of the library of clinical content and protocols for the clinical strategy team.
  • Have a strong understanding of the competitive clinical features, trends, and industry standards (CMS) which may impact the development and ongoing success of a product.
  • Assist with the revision of product features to maintain current clinical guidelines and implement best practices and standards across varied programs and clinical settings.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical (or business) field or 5+ years professional experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Product Management for a software company (B2B preferred) is a plus.
  • Strong preference for a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant with an active license in at least 1 state.
  • Experience in clinical operations and/ or clinical workflow development.
  • Experience writing user stories and producing functional requirements documents.
  • Familiarity with or an understanding of Agile project management and practices.
  • Familiarity with SQL is highly desired.
  • Experience in the healthcare technology field is desirable.
