ENTERPRISE CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER

Keet is seeking an Enterprise Client Success Manager (CSM) to manage a portfolio of strategic clients to drive adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across the portfolio. This position will provide consultative best-practice guidance to help clients rethink patient engagement and outcomes at their organizations. As an Enterprise CSM, you will be responsible for working with new and existing customers to ensure that they are successful with Keet solutions. You will be dedicated to becoming a trusted advisor to customers and delivering a great experience throughout their customer journey. This includes onboarding/training, driving user adoption of the software and ensuring that Keet solutions help customers achieve their desired business outcomes. The primary function of the role is to deliver value to the customer, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and maintain high retention and customer satisfaction rates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with a portfolio of strategic Keet clients to understand their patient engagement strategy and program goals
  • Develop an extensive working knowledge of Keet products, services, and patient engagement best practices
  • Be the trusted partner for the client on change management outcomes and product functionality that best fits their needs
  • Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on Keet methodologies so they become increasingly self-sufficient.
  • Consistently seek to improve our training approach and materials
  • Drive customer adoption & awareness of Keet solutions through education and continuous learning
  • Partner closely with cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
  • Prioritize and drive resolution on escalated customer issues.
  • Identify expansion opportunities based on the customers business needs.
  • Drive customer participation in use of available knowledge base and online support tools
  • Monitor and manage customer satisfaction and customer health
  • Develop and manage customer engagement programs that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Help drive customer references and case studies.

 

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or other client-facing role, with at least 2 years working with Enterprise customers
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare 
  • Experience working with employers is preferred 
  • Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or similar fields or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SaaS
  • Strong passion for healthcare and helping our clients
  • Ability to think critically about the clients needs and provide insights and feedback to achieve patient engagement and outcomes goals

ASSOCIATE PRODUCT MANAGER

ROLE SUMMARY

The Associate Product Manager is a key role at Clinicient because in this role you will act as the communication channel between our users, our engineering teams, and our executive team, as well as the rest of the company. You enable and drive the company toward success by pairing the right products and features to the right customers at the right time. Because this role does so much translation between different functions, your ability to speak software fluently is critical; your success is based on how well software developers understand and trust you. Ideally, youve taken some classes in computer science and can write some decent codebut it didnt really ignite your passion. Youre able to understand what your software team needs, but youre also happy to let them write the code and youll be the connection between the development team and the end user. Thats what this role is all about.

The Associate Product Managers role is highly strategicand exciting. Every day you bring with you the ability to prioritize, make critical decisions, lead cross functional teams and communicate at varying levels of detail as required by the audience.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Drive development of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in response to business requirements and needs.
  • Manage multiple and complex tasks in an upbeat and unflappable manner.
  • Act as point person for a constant stream of inputs about your product. Then, spotting duplicates, escalating where appropriate, and reprioritizing on a constant basis.
  • Host and manage a group of current customers who act as an advisory board on monthly phone calls.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROJECT MANAGER

ROLE SUMMARY

Clinicient is looking for a Project Manager who enjoys exercising a broad set of skills and wants to be a part of a close-knit team delivering a SaaS solution nationwide to the healthcare industry.


This individual will be the main person responsible for ensuring a smooth project launch for our external customers. This individual will need to understand project management principles, have familiarity with constructing project plans, managing risk and communicating across internal and external stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES    

 

  • Support the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure. 
  • Utilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively oversee projects. 
  • Assist with establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodology and other department procedures. 
  • Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans. 
  • Provide oversight of key performance indicators: predictability, velocity, and quality.
  • Effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders.
  • Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company's objectives. 
  • Provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas. 
  • Monitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents.

ROLE SUMMARY

As a key member of Clinicients Professional Services team, this team member will be responsible for partnering with the project manager and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of our products and services through training activities and project support, driving total customer satisfaction.


As an Professional Services Consultant, you will work to deliver our software and revenue cycle management solutions to our clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them to achieve their strategic goals. Your major responsibility is training our clients in the use and functionality of our software. You will help to lead implementation projects by interviewing clients subject matter experts, documenting business requirements, and providing best practice recommendations for applying our best-in-class solutions. You will also assist with testing and go-live activities.

CLIENT SUCCESS SOLUTIONS ENGINEER 

ROLE SUMMARY

The Solutions Engineer is responsible for effectively scope solution design, documentation, pricing, and turnover to ensure a successful handoff for implementation of the service offerings. The Solutions Engineer is a key member of our Client Success Professional Services organization who works closely with our Sales organization to provide solution designs and proposals for our prospective and existing customers. This position is critical to the success of our entire organization to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions, that provide value to our clients. The Solutions Engineer will also have an impact on the organization strategically; through feedback and improvements upon product strategy, pricing, deal processes and ‘Voice of the Customer’ contributions from Operations and Professional Services continually improve solution design quality.
 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    

  • Scope out potential customers needs and technical requirements in order to develop customized plans to enable success in implementing our products and solutions.
  • Develop solutions. 
  • Drive incremental value through the development, and maintenance of technical and business relationships with sales opportunities to best position capabilities and integrated value proposition.
  • Using a consultative selling approach, identify client business issues, determine client desired outcomes and architect a solution that utilizes all products and services.
  • Provide feedback into new and existing product portfolio and strategic roadmap.
  • Partner with the sales team and professional services team to design solutions to workflow for potential customers when a technical customization is not an option.
  • Account for both high level and detailed development estimates for a proposed solution· Manage the solutions processes with cross-functional teams as required to envision, define, design, and monitor the implementation of complex solutions to our clients.
  • Provide mentoring, training and coaching within the Sales organization.
  • Develop and deliver effective presentations at any internal or external level.

PRODUCT SOLUTIONS ENGINEER 

 

ROLE SUMMARY:

 

The Product Solutions Engineer is responsible for effectively scoping solution design, documentation, pricing, and ensuring a successful handoff for implementation of the service offerings. Product Solutions Engineer is a key member of Clinicient’s Product organization who works closely with our Sales organization to provide technical solution designs and proposals for our prospective and existing customers. This position is critical to the success of our entire organization to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions, that provide value to our clients. The Product Solutions Engineer will also have an impact on the organization strategically; through feedback and improvements upon product strategy, pricing, deal processes and ‘Voice of the Customer’ contributions to continually improve solution design quality.
 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scope prospective customers’ needs and technical requirements to develop customized plans to enable success in implementing integration solutions.
  • Drive incremental value through the development, and maintenance of technical and business relationships with sales opportunities to best position capabilities and integrated value proposition.
  • Identify client business issues, determine client desired outcomes and architect a solution that utilizes all necessary products and services.
  • Provide feedback into new and existing product portfolio and strategic roadmap.
  • Collaborate with other teams to design solutions for customers.
  • Account for both high level and detailed development estimates for a proposed solution· Manage the solutions processes with cross-functional teams as required to envision, define, design, and monitor the implementation of complex solutions to our clients.
  • Develop and deliver effective presentations at any internal or external level.
  • Document data integration workflows and establish scope of HL7, Bulk Data Extracts, and custom bulk data feeds.
  • Produce functional and technical specs to for data integrations.
  • Ad Hoc Projects.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Experience working for a healthcare software or services company required.
  • Experience writing technical documentation including Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Experience developing strategic plans.
  • Logical and technical mindset with ability to analyze problems and identify root causes.
  • Experience in implementing or training on a software system.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Expertise with electronic medical record systems and billing systems.
  • Must work well as a team member and individually. 
  • Ability to work with multiple clients concurrently. 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of complex solution sales, consulting, or software solution implementation experience, including 2-3 years of solutions/sales engineering experience
  • 2+ years of healthcare integration experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
  • Experience in healthcare, business and/or technology required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking to add a Product Marketing Manager to our Product team to help define our solutions that unite patients, providers and employers around better health.  You will work directly with our existing Product and Marketing teams on immediate and long-term opportunities to mature overall product marketing strategy and processes.  You will have a short/medium-term goal of helping to own a set of markets as we continue to diversify our product offerings. You will help bridge the gap between the outputs from our engineering and product teams with what our sales and marketing teams need to understand and effectively talk about our products.

 

  • You excel at taking technical concepts and turning them into something easy to understand
  • You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get dirty when there is work that needs to get done and are comfortable creating your own content and materials, when needed
  • You know how to create and manage detailed strategies for activities such as product launches and messaging updates

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Defining product categorization of the Keet platform features and offerings
  • Develop and maintain user and buyer personas across market segments and product offerings
  • Developing product positioning and messaging about the Keet platform and products that will educate and resonate with the sales team, target personas, accounts, and identified verticals
  • Completing market and customer research to continually learn from the outside-in perspective from Keet buyers and influencers
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering to provide market requirements to inform the product roadmap
  • Collaborating with Marketing Communications and Demand Gen to create collateral and provide product-based market insights to inform lead generation campaigns
  • Working across Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and understanding about the Keet platform
  • Creating product-level documents, launch plans, sales enablement training, playbooks, and other solution materials
  • Define Keet's competitive landscape through market research and analysis

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • 2-4 years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience in Enterprise Sales or Product Management is a plus
  • Experience taking technical products to market
  • Experience planning and executing go-to-market campaigns in a B2B environment
  • Deep understanding of healthcare executives, HR executives and/or Health Plan executive personas
