Kai Deveraux Lawson, uses her life long passion for culture, and nearly a decade of experience in advertising, to tell honest stories that shed light on the need for Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace. Her experience led her to launch the culturally focused platforms, Mixed Company Podcast and her blog, Mylifeofkai.com. On these platforms, she shares her first hand experiences in life, travel and career, from the perspective of a millennial woman of color.

Denise Zeigler is a Learning & Development Manager who supports the Creative Service Line team with professional development and coaching. Denise is passionate about forming connections and creating unique opportunities for their career journey. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Integrated Marketing Communications.

Justina joined dentsu in 2019. For the last year, she taken on the role of Portfolio HR Lead for dentsu creative.  Prior to joining dentsu, Justina worked in marketing & advertising agencies as an HR lead partnering with business leadership to drive talent initiatives & programs.  Justina and her husband relocated to Ohio last fall with their two little boys and their English Bulldog, Myrtle.

Kim Kurtz has been a Creative Recruiter for the past 17 years. Before becoming a recruiter, Kim was an Art Director and graduated from The Creative Circus. She later became the Director of Education and then the Placement Director for The Creative Circus. After developing key connections, she opened her own recruiting company. Kim loves beautiful design, her son “Pirate” and her Huzband and her fat corgi Lollipop and her neurotic 120 pound German Shepherd. When not recruiting, she loves crime shows, her heating blanket, designing her house and trying to convince her Huzband – we really do need new dining room chairs and can we lime wash the fireplace, and let’s redo my office.

My name is Julia Califano and I joined the benefits department at Dentsu in January 2022. I have 3 years of previous experience with US benefits including health and welfare as well as 401(k)/retirement programs.  I currently live Hoboken, New Jersey. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling both domestically and internationally, I have a passion for physical fitness, and I am a huge ‘foodie’ who loves trying new restaurants.
