The Senior Manager, Global E-commerce Site Merchant will be a key member of the Dockers digital team. You will help Dockers deliver a best-in-class consumer experience while driving strong conversion (and other core KPIs) across all Dockers digital selling touch points. This role will require strong management and interpersonal skills as you will manage a team and work closely with our retail partners. You will also have the ability to work with global teams given its global scope.

About the Job:

• Oversee site merchant day to day responsibilities (e.g., navigation, category management, product management, taxonomy, reviews, heroing/boosting)

• Closely monitor site performance and help triage /escalate any issues

• Coordinate promotional calendars and oversees the execution of promotions / revised pricing across sites and regions in support of achieving KPIs

• Conduct and oversee e-commerce analytics, leveraging analytic tools - recurring and ad hoc – and leverage learnings to drive site improvements, working together with cross-functional partners

• Help drive Dockers product roadmap – especially for PLP, DPD, cart/checkout pages - in support of driving conversion, average unit revenue, and units per transaction

• Coordinate A/B testing efforts​

• Provide site merchandising advisory support across 3rd party eCommerce sites, with prioritization of Dockers largest digital accounts, working closely with sales, product merchandising, and eCommerce operations.

• Partner with retailers on A/B testing, site enhancements, and new product feature opportunities to improve conversion – leaning on learnings from owned sites and broader industry eCommerce innovation trends

• Drive recurring and ad hoc analytics and reporting – champion turning insights into actions

About You:

• 6+ years experience across e-commerce, site merchandising experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms/tech stacks and analytical tools broadly, with a preference for prior experience with the Shopify platform and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience with agile work processes and a ‘test and learn’ mentality
• Strong team management skills - prior people management experience preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and experience building relationships and partnering across 3rd party and internal teams
• Experience in apparel or other branded consumer goods preferred
