We’re looking for a director-level product marketer — with a passionate mindset – who wants to grow a business from the ground up and become part of our founding team. We’re looking for someone to help make our name known in the industry.
This person will work closely with our Director of Sales, Head of Product, and CEO/Founder with immediate access to several other resources (freelance media team, designers, copywriters, strategists) to ensure success. .
They will lead cross-functional marketing efforts across Rebate channels, including: lead generation, paid media, content marketing, product marketing, sales marketing, operations, and more.
Responsibilities:Own and develop the go-to-market strategy, inclusive of defining internal workflows, creating compelling product positioning, pricing and promotion that reinforce our brand positioning and drive growthLead go-to-market strategies, including key messaging development and tactical channel plans, ensuring that all customer-facing content is on-message and maximizing each channelDevelops and implements Product/Solutions Go to Market Strategies and formalized plans; ensure key stakeholder alignment (through executive level).Project manage marketing campaigns ,working with the team to ensure successful campaign executionExecute on key development projects, working cross-functionally to build new processes and internal tools to help us scale our business and technologyOversee regular product and growth reporting by setting KPIs, developing dashboards, and communicating regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders on progressUnderstand and evangelize for the needs of Rebates advertising clients, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve their business challengesCreate core content for our website, marketing decks, and product literature. Contribute to marketing content for newsletters, email campaigns, and ads.
Requirements:5+ years’ experience in product marketing or similar go-to-market experienceSignificant experience working in B2B technology and/or service product marketingProven experience launching new products and creating effective marketing programs that drive growth.Cross-functional, project management and leadership experience requiredStrong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skillsGoal-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentComfort in a face-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
