The Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work with the fastest-growing teams and where we are investing the most. We started our Digital Transformation almost two years ago, and these organizations continue to grow at exponential rates.
We are looking for an individual with both a strategic and tactical mindset, being involved in all aspects of our digital transformation, including strategic organization design, partnering with recruitment and compensation on specific programs to attract and retain digital talent, change management for digitization efforts, and defining people needs, tracking and reporting metrics in the organization evolution. It's the perfect role for those who like the startup environment within an engaging and values-driven organization that allows for growth.
