The Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work with the fastest-growing teams and where we are investing the most. We started our Digital Transformation almost two years ago, and these organizations continue to grow at exponential rates.

We are looking for an individual with both a strategic and tactical mindset, being involved in all aspects of our digital transformation, including strategic organization design, partnering with recruitment and compensation on specific programs to attract and retain digital talent, change management for digitization efforts, and defining people needs, tracking and reporting metrics in the organization evolution. You will report to the Global VP, HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions

About the Job:

• Serve as the HR Business Partner by providing both strategic advice and hands-on support.
• Create, drive, and execute workforce planning and organization structure; track progress metrics in our Digital Evolution.
• Support global teams, with a large technology team based in India, as well as other organizations based in Europe and growing presence in LATAM and Asia. We foster remote and virtual teams.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, developing specialized recruitment programs and virtual on-boarding for this specialized talent.
• Work with the Compensation Team to implement specific attraction and retention programs for Digital Talent.
• Support annual people plans, including talent assessment, succession planning, engagement surveys, merit reviews among others.
• Build team effectiveness by developing organizational interventions and provide coaching and counsel to leadership.
• Partner with the Employee Relations Teams, and ensure all initiatives follow regulatory and legal requirements, company standards, and values

About You:

• 10+ years HR experience, supporting global, matrix, and corporate teams with at least 2 years' experience working directly with Leadership Teams.
• At least 3 years supporting Digital First organizations
