About the Role
 
This Senior Product Manager will own core back-end, platform capabilities (e.g., API, product catalog, search) powering the RxSaver experience for customers, affiliate partners, and internal stakeholders. This role will also own the RxSaver web experience, including critical investments to drive organic growth, grow conversion, and improve user retention.

  • Establish customer success plans, product adoption strategies and desired outcome goals for each partner through discussions with key stakeholders.
  • With the help of RxSaver leaders, conduct annual account reviews.
  • Work cross-functionally as needed to resolve any partner issues, challenges or new opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot, problem solve, and offer solutions to maximize campaign success.
  • Drive account performance growth and improvement over time.

Pricing Partnership Optimization

  • Own the day-to-day monitoring and communication for our PBM pricing partnerships.
  • Closely monitor and communicate rate changes, drug pricing changes, new trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Establish regular touchpoint meetings with PBMs and track, monitor and report on the status of actions following these meetings.
  • Work with marketing on opportunities to focus on specific drugs, pharmacies, or geographies where specific PBMs could partner more strategically on specific initiatives.

We are RxSaver - a team that is passionate about helping people save money on prescription medicines and other healthcare costs. We work with pharmacies and providers across the nation to find the best deals and options for our community including prescription discount cards, coupons, prescription assistance programs and more.

What You’ll Do

 

  • Investigate new tools and techniques to continuously improve RxSaver’s iOS app 

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to shape features from conception

  • Contribute to a modern, 100% Swift codebase, and its supporting build tools

  • Pursue our goals in testing through usage of XCTest and XCUITest

What You'll Do
  • You are proficient with server-side technologies such as JVM languages (Kotlin is a plus) and NodeJS
  • You have experience developing on Cloud platforms such as GCP
  • You are experienced in building and maintaining business critical APIs
  • You are experienced in developing highly reliable and scalable integrations with third parties
  • You have experience partnering directly with Product Managers and Business Stakeholders negotiating scope of work and evaluating tradeoff decisions
  • You champion agile development practices such as CI/CD and pair programming
