Mighty Well grew out of the health needs of our CEO and co-founder, Emily Levy. Emily and her team have set out on a mission to help patients, and their caregivers turn sickness by creating wearables that inspire dignity and confidence. Our growing community of patients, caregivers, and clinicians, who we call "Friends in the Fight," make us Mightier Together.

Emily and her team have set out on a mission to help patients and their caregivers turn sickness by creating wearables that allow for dignity and confidence and using the latest in sportswear fabric technology.

Role: We are a high growth medical device designer and manufacturer of wearable products. Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a skilled, ambitious, and energetic Medical Sales Representative to acquire and manage new client relationships in Hospitals, Home Health, and Infusion Centers.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in selling to clinical decision makers and meeting sales quotas.You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. The position is remote with travel for sales calls and industry conferences as required. This is a 1099 position that offers 20% commission based on closed and maintained accounts. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead our sales efforts in hospitals, home health and infusion centers
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and strategically promote the company to meet customer’s needs
  • Develop and build long-term trusting relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Confidently conduct product evaluations and persuasively demonstrate the value of our products
  • Systematically track your territory progress and push yourself to exceed sales goals
  • When onsite with clients, use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform clinical staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products
  • Take great pride in assisting a customer whenever the need arises.
  • Create sales pipeline forecasting in Hubspot/Salesforce Prospect and cold call for new business
  • Work with our marketing associate for lead generation activity
  • Travel for necessary industry conferences and sales meetings (expenses covered)
  • Communicate closely with operations manager to accurately forecast inventory management and plan product buys.
  • Recommend changes in products, services, or policies based on client interactions and competitive developments
  • Enhance organization’s enterprise value by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a medical sales related role. This may include business development, sales, or consulting
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Must be comfortable with Zoom, Slack, G-Suite, and CRM, Shopify, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent software skills including spreadsheets, presentations, and database management
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Contribute to team effort through strategic insights, effective communications, and a can-do attitude
  • Strong analytical, reporting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus
  • Travel – up to 25% of time

Role: Mighty Well is hiring a Sales Representative to lead our sales efforts in our wholesale distribution channel. The ideal candidate has a proven record of exceeding quota in Consumer Product Sales, with experience or understanding of chronic illness devices as a plus.

This individual will be responsible for establishing and executing a sales strategy of our portfolio of products into distributors that do not require FDA/reimbursement, including big box retailers like Walmart and CVS. Experience in Hubspot and Salesforce as well as pipeline forecasting required. They will work with our marketing associate for lead generation activity but are also expected to prospect and cold call/email for new business. As our wholesale channel grows this individual will maintain the accounts and will be well positioned to build out a larger sales
