The Opportunity

As a member of our team in Pakistan, you’ll collaborate daily with design leaders, product managers and engineers in our San Francisco HQ. This is one of the greatest growth opportunities for designers in Pakistan to work directly with experienced technology professionals with backgrounds from Silicon Valley companies like Google, Twitter, Facebook, Uber, and Stripe (to name a few).

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Pakistan. We’re open to candidates remote anywhere in Pakistan, but Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad are preferred. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional technology and operations team to identify and understand customer problems and translate them into innovative and impactful solutions across our ecosystem of fleet and freight management products. You will drive innovation for both long-haul trucking and local commercial vehicles across areas including safety, compliance, real-time tracking, asset management, maintenance, fuel, utilization, and dispatch.

You will lead initiatives from concept through execution by leveraging your expertise in design methodologies, craft, and stakeholder communication. You will be a steward of quality by leveraging, defining, and evolving our design systems to achieve an effective, consistent and cohesive product experience across multiple product surfaces and touchpoints.

What you'll do

  • Understand customer and business problems through research and data
  • Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through execution and beyond
  • Work with cross-functional peers to define, validate, and prioritize core use cases
  • Identify and document key user journeys, workflows, and product opportunities
  • Build alignment and articulate vision through strong storytelling and presentations skills
  • Obsess over the details of interaction and interface design
  • Become a key thought partner to your counterparts in product, engineering, and ops

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of experience in Interaction and Interface design

  • Experience working with or creating design systems and frameworks
  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills

As an Embedded Computer Vision Engineer, you will be a key member of the RnD team working closely with the embedded team shaping the way we develop our AI enabled safety products. Both an exceptional technical engineer and self-starter, you are able to design, execute, and test complex embedded features on an AI enabled Camera with RTOS and Linux.

This role will help build the next generation of AI camera platforms for KeepTruckin. You understand how to design and develop modular software features in a collaborative environment and agile team. Customer Success Manager - Mid-Market

About the Role:

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will report to a Manager, Mid-Market Customer Success and be the face of KeepTruckin for customers with fleets of between 50 and 200 vehicles. Your responsibility will be to ensure that the customer achieves their agreed on value as promised during the sale. You will be accountable to the customer throughout their entire lifecycle, including owning their subscription renewal, collaborating with the Onboarding Project Manager (OPM) through the rollout and to steer qualified leads to expand each about back to the Account Executive who you will also work closely with. In addition, you will become a product expert and own the proactive technical level support for each of your accounts.  Role can be based remotely in the US.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and nurture client health
  • Assist in troubleshooting and solving Tier 2 and Tier 3 product support issues
  • Handle a large volume of email, chat, and phone conversations
  • Own a book of business within existing customers for expansion leads and renewals
  • Work with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff
  • Prepare and educate customers on new features and product releases
  • Stay up to date on enhancements to products, features, policies, and processes in a rapidly changing environment
  • Perform data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews with customer leadership teams

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years prior experience as a CSM or equivalent (owning a renewal target)
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and their key personnel

You will be responsible for owning and refining operational processes, creating and implementing operational strategies, and drive the innovation that will not only determine the continued success of our current Safety products, but will also lay the blueprint for the future. 

The Annotation Manager role demands a self starting, challenge-seeking problem solver. We’re looking for someone who is process-driven, detail-oriented, and organized, but also excited to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. The role will require split time working hours to ensure smooth collaboration with a global team.

  • Wear many different hats. This role will have ownership over areas including managing a large and diverse team of varying backgrounds and skill sets, overseeing our daily operations, hiring, training, coordination with Workplace, IT, HR and Recruitment.

About the Role:

The Enterprise, Onboarding Project Manager is the expert responsible for the training and implementation of KeepTruckin hardware and software with our highest value customers. In this role you  will own the Onboarding project along with its metrics for success, including but not limited to Kick Off, Go Live, and NPS. 

The Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager is an excellent project manager and a  KeepTruckin product expert who uses these skills to guide clients through very complex and large onboarding projects while coordinating these efforts with the rest of the Enterprise account team to drive initial adoption as well as to continually train and onboard the customer as they increase their commercial relationship with KeepTruckin.

The day-to-day of this role includes, but is not limited to, hosting kickoff calls to coordinate  plan and measure the implementation of new clients, hosting online training sessions, and ensuring the client is on track with their onboarding process. 

This role is ideal for an individual who has the ability to grasp overall strategy while executing specific tasks within a process and can manage multiple clients at once. Should the candidate be successful in getting the job they can expect a fast paced and at times ambiguous environment where they will be required to use their critical problem solving skills everyday.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and maintain the onboarding program for clients based on our product initiatives
  • Define, track and achieve key performance indicators for the onboarding program
  • Owning the implementation process for assigned accounts which include: successful onboarding and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients
  • Operating as the primary point of contact during the assigned clients onboarding phase
  • Ensure the timely and successful completion of new client onboarding for all assigned accounts

About the Role:

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will report to a Manager, Mid-Market Customer Success and be the face of KeepTruckin for customers with fleets of between 50 and 200 vehicles. About the Role:

The Enterprise, Onboarding Project Manager is the expert responsible for the training and implementation of KeepTruckin hardware and software with our highest value customers. In this role you  will own the Onboarding project along with its metrics for success, including but not limited to Kick Off, Go Live, and NPS. 

The Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager is an excellent project manager and a  KeepTruckin product expert who uses these skills to guide clients through very complex and large onboarding projects while coordinating these efforts with the rest of the Enterprise account team to drive initial adoption as well as to continually train and onboard the customer as they increase their commercial relationship with KeepTruckin.

The day-to-day of this role includes, but is not limited to, hosting kickoff calls to coordinate  plan and measure the implementation of new clients, hosting online training sessions, and ensuring the client is on track with their onboarding process. 

This role is ideal for an individual who has the ability to grasp overall strategy while executing specific tasks within a process and can manage multiple clients at once. Should the candidate be successful in getting the job they can expect a fast paced and at times ambiguous environment where they will be required to use their critical problem solving skills everyday.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and maintain the onboarding program for clients based on our product initiatives
  • Define, track and achieve key performance indicators for the onboarding program
  • Owning the implementation process for assigned accounts which include: successful onboarding and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients

What We’re Looking For:

About the Job:

As an AI Firmware Engineer, you will be a key member of the RnD team working closely with the embedded team shaping the way we develop our AI enabled safety products. Both an exceptional technical engineer and self-starter, you are able to design, execute, and test complex embedded features on an AI enabled Camera with RTOS and Linux.

Associate Technical Content Editor

About the Role: 

As a KeepTruckin Associate Content Writer, you will be responsible for the development, editing, and maintenance of our Help Center Support articles. You will ensure continued delivery of innovative, high quality Support content base to be utilized as Customer Knowledge repository online. You will also work closely with the internal cross functional team to expand the content repository.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Creating, updating, and maintaining the Help Center support articles. 
  • Preparing  well-structured drafts using our Content Management System.
  • Connect with Product & Engineering for creation of new Support articles.
  • Submit work to the Lead Technical Content Editor for reviews (input and approval).
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams for illustrations required for Support articles.
  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
  • Perform data analysis to analyze trends and patterns of user traffic on Help Center.
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in content and recommend new topics.
  • Ensure all-around consistency in Support articles to maintain quality standards (style, fonts, images, and tone).
  • Research industry trends, tools, and implement them to produce high-quality Support content.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Background of Computer Sciences, Engineering or similar degrees
  • Proven work experience of at least 1 year as Technical Content Writer, Business Analyst or similar roles
  • Familiarity with web applications as well as publications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English (portfolio of published articles required)
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Salesforce etc.)
  • Hands-on experience on Google Analytics 
  • Ability to meet deadlines
