A critical part of this role is to understand the priorities of the company and to effectively balance conflicting priorities, and serve as a reliable point of contact/liaison for internal and external parties. What you'll do:

  • Act as the point of contact between COO, his team and internal/external clients

About the Role:

As a member of the Business Intelligence team, you will be focused on driving the maturity of our data management and analytics practice. We’re looking for people with the expertise to help align data pipelines, architecture, and delivery systems with Master Data definitions and Data Governance. You will help build and foster a culture of company-wide data engagement and best practices.

You will be working with business units, product and marketing teams and many others to help interpret data and advise on best ways to gain insight and knowledge from it. In this role you will work with leaders across the company and well as data owners and stewards and will be expected to:

Strategize - understand how the business operates, and how the underlying data can be best delivered to maximize value from project work. Work with key leaders to identify opportunities for increased ROI that may have been unidentified.

Analyze – Assess where user behavior, process and application configuration affects data quality and implement best practices for maximizing quality data

Lead - Build and facilitate a Data governance forum to ensure that data pipelines support master data definitions and that a feedback and action loop is managed to address any data issues identified within the data governance process. 

Collaborate – Work with other data teams to improve data engagement and data process maturity

What You'll Do:

  • Build and facilitate a data governance group to define master data elements and a process to ensure quality
  • Engage in and support mature change management as a product of good data hygiene
  • Document and recommend best practices
  • Build the artifacts supporting data transparency
    • Data Dictionary

Accounting Manager

About the Role:

We are looking to add an analytical and system savvy Accounting Manager who will work closely with other accounting, finance, and supply chain team members. Reporting to the Accounting Director, this manager will play an integral role to manage all aspects of inventory and cost accounting. This person is also a key player in managing the month-end close, account reconciliations, audit, and any ad hoc projects as needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the team primarily responsible for inventory accounting (team of 4)
  • Oversee the preparation of and review of monthly roll forwards, journal entries, reconciliations and reporting for inventory, obsolescence, and cost of goods sold (“COGS”)
  • Oversee the preparation and review of other key accounting areas, including Property, Plant and Equipment. 
  • Lead the monthly review and discussion of balance sheet inventory and COGS fluctuations with the Finance team leadership 
  • Oversee and report to Finance and other leadership on inventory related analytics, including gross margin and purchase price variances (“PPV”)
  • Partner with the FP&A team to support forecasting for inventory and COGS, as well as other analyses 
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting, performing research and updating accounting policies and practices as needed
  • Support the annual financial statement audit (and other audits)
  • Be the key partner of the KeepTruckin Supply Chain team to establish processes around inventory management, refurbished devices, and PPV
  • Help establish and maintain process documentation and internal controls over financial reporting for areas of responsibility
  • Support operational changes within the Accounting team, including systems initiatives, projects and other ad hoc research

What We're Looking For:

  • Inventory accounting experience required
  • MS Office and Google Docs proficiency preferred; in particular strong MS Excel skills is a plus
  • Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and third party warehousing systems is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to organize and interpret large data sets
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy of financial information
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

In this role you will be reporting into the Associate General Counsel. We’re looking for a collaborative team member with strong problem-solving skills who can manage multiple, high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with local business teams (finance, procurement, workplace, sales, support, and product development) to identify needs and focus areas for a 30-60-90 day action plan and goals for the first year.  Focus on designing, developing, and improving legal processes to support and protect the business and reduce risk as we scale 
  • Train employees on global policies, procedures and expectations; and ensure consistency of outcomes across international offices.
  • Counseling the business on legal and strategic matters across broad subject matter areas including corporate compliance, commercial, real estate, data privacy and security, and other matters
  • Working closely with and advising the board members of KeepTruckin’s Pakistan entity

What We're Looking For:

  • J.D. and licensed to practice in Pakistan (other international licenses a plus)
  • Minimum of 7+ years experience, with a generalist focus and ability to draft and negotiate contracts and advise HR, workplace, and finance teams
  • Both law firm and in-house experience preferred 
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, write clearly and concisely, and manage people and tasks to deadline. 
  • Willingness to think outside of the box and to take on responsibilities outside of your wheelhouse
  • Strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization (experience interacting at a senior level with business management teams a plus)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently manage outside counsel, experience managing an internal team a plus

At KeepTruckin, we believe that carriers operate most effectively when their chosen vendors work together.  In this role, you will identify strategic partnership opportunities with fuel providers, negotiate solutions that drive value for all parties, and then work cross-functionally to bring these partnerships to life.  You should have a keen understanding of how to align incentives, as well as a general familiarity with modern API technologies so that you can understand what’s possible, and what’s not. About the Role:

We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to join our growing creative team. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional set of stakeholders to craft creative campaigns that drive top-of-funnel growth through a combination of paid, organic, referral, and reputational marketing efforts across a variety of channels. About the Job:

Accounting Manager

About the Role:

We are looking to add an analytical and system savvy Accounting Manager who will work closely with other accounting, finance, and supply chain team members. Reporting to the Accounting Director, this manager will play an integral role to manage all aspects of inventory and cost accounting. This person is also a key player in managing the month-end close, account reconciliations, audit, and any ad hoc projects as needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the team primarily responsible for inventory accounting (team of 4)
  • Oversee the preparation of and review of monthly roll forwards, journal entries, reconciliations and reporting for inventory, obsolescence, and cost of goods sold (“COGS”)
  • Oversee the preparation and review of other key accounting areas, including Property, Plant and Equipment. 
  • Lead the monthly review and discussion of balance sheet inventory and COGS fluctuations with the Finance team leadership 
  • Oversee and report to Finance and other leadership on inventory related analytics, including gross margin and purchase price variances (“PPV”)
  • Partner with the FP&A team to support forecasting for inventory and COGS, as well as other analyses 
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting, performing research and updating accounting policies and practices as needed
  • Support the annual financial statement audit (and other audits)
  • Be the key partner of the KeepTruckin Supply Chain team to establish processes around inventory management, refurbished devices, and PPV
  • Help establish and maintain process documentation and internal controls over financial reporting for areas of responsibility
  • Support operational changes within the Accounting team, including systems initiatives, projects and other ad hoc research

What We're Looking For:

  • Inventory accounting experience required
  • MS Office and Google Docs proficiency preferred; in particular strong MS Excel skills is a plus
  • Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and third party warehousing systems is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to organize and interpret large data sets
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy of financial information

We’re seeking a Senior Web Designer to join our growing creative team. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional set of stakeholders to define, design, and evolve our core website and landing pages. You will lead initiatives from concept through execution by leveraging your expertise in design methodologies, technical proficiency, craft, and stakeholder communication. You apply a strong technical understanding in web technologies and design to create highly engaging, effective, and scalable web experiences. What We're Looking For:

  • Capacity to generate detailed design concepts, documentation, and prototypes
  • A design portfolio that showcases proficient design craft and creative thinking

The platform team is responsible for the core infrastructure and systems that power KeepTruckin’s products. We ingest, store, and serve real-time vehicle telematics, sensor, and video data from hundreds of thousands of devices on the road.   • Scale our capabilities through hiring, mentoring, and growing leaders from within

We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to join our growing creative team. About the Job:

As a Customer Success Manager - Mid-Market, you will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Success and be the face of KeepTruckin to our customers.  The CSM ensures that the customer achieves the agreed on value as promised during the sale. You are accountable to the customer through their entire lifecycle. You will collaborate with the Onboarding Project Manager through the rollout, and steer qualified leads to expand KeepTruckin’s revenue.
 
This is a remote role, the team is preferably looking for a candidate on the West Coast
 

Responsibilities:

  • Own onboarding, adoption, training and development of best practices
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and nurture client health
  • Assist in troubleshooting and solving Tier 2 product support issues
  • Handle large volume of email, chat, and phone conversations
  • Own a book of business within existing customers for expansion and renewals
  • Work with sales team to ensure a seamless handoff

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years prior experience in a customer facing role
  • Logistics experience a big plus
  • 1+ years prior experience as a CSM or equivalent (owning a renewal target)
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and their key personnel
