Technology Partnerships Manager

About the Role:

At KeepTruckin, we believe that carriers operate most effectively when their chosen technology vendors work together. Therefore, the Technology Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing impactful, integrated partnerships between KeepTruckin and other leading vendors in the transportation ecosystem. In this role, you will identify strategic partnership opportunities, negotiate solutions that drive value for all parties, and then work cross-functionally to bring these partnerships to life. You should have a keen understanding of how to align incentives, as well as a general familiarity with modern API technologies so that you can understand what’s possible, and what’s not. The ideal candidate will have operating experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment, and will be an expert in driving strategic alignment among cross-functional stakeholders. This role can be remote, and will report to the VP of Products.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the champion of KeepTruckin’s roadmap of integrated technology partners, and significantly scale our current marketplace of partnerships.
  • Be the primary liaison for key technology alliances, and take an ownership mentality of any hotspots that may be escalated across any of our broad ecosystem of partnerships.
  • Stay on top of the trucking ecosystem, and share this knowledge with KeepTruckin.
  • Build deep relationships with key stakeholders within KeepTruckin, along with key players outside of the company.
  • Invest in the infrastructure and processes needed to scale KeepTruckin’s technology ecosystem.
  • Report out regularly on the status of KeepTruckin’s integrated partner ecosystem.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a partnerships, growth operations, and/or sales leadership role.  Ideally, you would have experience driving technology partnerships within a high-growth technology environment.
  • Proven understanding of channel operations and sales processes, systems, and tools
  • An organizational bridge builder; someone who knows how to quickly drive alignment and build momentum across the organization.
  • Tremendous work ethic; strong bias-to-action.
  • Strong data orientation; demonstrated experience using data to determine where to invest energy and resources.
  • Understanding of what is generally possible and not possible with modern API technologies.
  • Domain experience within the broader transportation and logistics industry.

Professional Services Manager

About the Role:

The Manager of Professional Services is a leader with experience building and growing a Professional Services practice in a high growth SaaS organization. This is an exciting role for a team player who is looking to shape how KeepTruckin delivers technical engagements for our customers. The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to support the Professional Services department by ensuring that KeepTruckin’s technical customer solutions offerings are delivered through fast, efficient, and thoughtful processes. They will guide a team of Solutions Engineers to ensure they are supported through the API, feature and integration initiatives being driven with KeepTruckin’ customers. A strong technical background and an excellent ability to partner with customers, external business partners and colleagues in Sales, Engineering and Customer Success alike is a must.

What You'll Do:

  • Build, scale and lead our Solutions Engineers. Ensure that the team is cross-trained in different project types
  • Be the escalation point for project issues both internally and externally with business partners and customers while seeking to always drive customer alignment and accountability
  • Ensure adherence to best practice implementation processes while continuously working to improve project management operations.  Responsible for maintaining the Best Practices and Project Collateral.
  • Manages day-to-day task priority based on project priorities set by Portfolio Manager in conjunction with our team KPIs
  • Support Professional Services Director for developing/realizing new initiatives through: rapid prototyping, coordinating enablement, and establishing operational SOPs
  • Monitors the impact and value of performance improvement programs, and identifies continuous improvement opportunities

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience managing Agile teams. Certified SCRUM master is preferred.
  • 5+ years of client-facing software implementation and/or consulting experience, with demonstrated success managing enterprise scale SaaS projects
  • Engineering background strongly preferred, candidate should have a working knowledge of software development lifecycles, integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), enterprise APIs, and/or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience recruiting and leading a high-functioning team. Ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, direct and evaluate the work of others
  • Ability to confidently interface and build trust with cross functional stakeholders, including Account Executives, Account Managers and Customer Success Managers.

Director, Enterprise Customer Success

About The Role:

As the Director Customer Success for our Enterprise business segment, you will use your superior account management expertise to scale processes and strategies that will support KeepTruckin’s largest and most complex customers. You will help initiate, guide and be the guardian of the action plans that add to, and maintain, KeepTruckin’s exceptional growth. Your success will be highly visible at the board level and be directly measured by Net Revenue Retention, Expansion ARR and NPS. Responsibilities:

  • Crucial member of the CS Department’s Senior Leadership Team, helping guide and shape the future of the department and contributing to the future of the wider business
  • Lead an organization of managers responsible for leading Customer Success Managers who drive the widespread adoption, value confirmation and ultimately renewal and expansion of KeepTruckin technology across our Enterprise Customer base - companies with more than 500 vehicles.
  • Ensure segment level playbooks, strategy and programs are in place to ensure our client’s goals are met while simultaneously carrying a team quota to reach our organization’s revenue goals
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement including evolving processes, playbooks, setting OKRs and guiding the broader customer journey
  • Support customer expansion by maintaining and scaling existing processes while strategically exploring how KeepTruckin can increase value and commercial relationship with our existing customers
  • Build and develop an efficient organization that maintains a high standard of excellence while providing exceptional support and service to customers
  • Hire and nurture new talent into our world-class Customer Success organization by building a pipeline of exceptional candidates, establishing rigorous interview standards, setting high expectations on performance and providing constructive feedback
  • Be an expert at leading best practices in change management for both our team and clients while finding ways for CSMs to deeply understand our customer’s objectives and become strategic trusted advisors by determining how to define, drive and demonstrate client value (ROI)
  • Align with Sales and Marketing on expansion opportunities including hand-offs and CSM roles in the sales cycle to drive a predictable upsell and expansion
  • Prioritize and personally manage escalations following methodical process for reporting up to Executives while supporting our service offerings, response level commitments, and commensurating to the level of effort required to properly service customers and improve renewal rates
  • Partner with the Engineering, Product, Enablement, Sales and Technical Support teams to ensure positive customer outcomes
  • Mentor, assist with account planning, performance management, metric pacing, pipeline generation, and forecasting for all team members
  • Maintain relationships with executives at our largest partners


Required Experience/Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience successfully leading regionally distributed teams, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment with roles in Sales, Account Management and Customer Success.
  • Deep passion for Customer Success and excitement for KeepTruckin’s mission, goals and customers.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team within established budget parameters, and allocating resources effectively based on internal and external demands.
  • Background in sales pipeline management required.
  • Ability to drive key initiatives cross functionally by leveraging both departmental and cross-functional relationship not directly under management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy for customers
  • Significant experience building customer relationships at senior level and handling escalations
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities

Technical Support Engineer, Tier 3 Software

About the Role: 

The Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer (Software) is a technical representative that manages, tracks, diagnoses, and troubleshoots the escalated cases in Support as well as are responsible for multiple special projects assigned based on the need.  They also train, educate, assist, and provide guidance to other employees within the team and across the organization, as needed. An important aspect is to identify and alert the necessary stakeholders on larger issues and trends, and understanding the magnitude and scope of the issues before escalating directly to Tier 3/Engineers. This role is located in Islamabad, PK.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Define, design and develop RESTful API endpoints for third-party developers to easily extend Keeptruckin’s product portfolio.
  • Triage critical customer issues and provide technical guidance for customer engagement.
  • Support Tier 2 customers services with customer escalations using JIRA and Salesforce.
  • Determine how to resolve support issues related to KT’s backend, frontend and mobile resources. -- what changes need to be made to underlying data/process and how to apply them with minimal user disruption?
  • Determine root cause of errors/bugs -- use the data and tools we have to trace the origin of data inconsistencies and bugs and report them to engineering.
  • Perform analysis of data to determine impact/prevalence of issues -- use analytics tools like Redash.
  • Utilize tools developed by the engineering team to modify erroneous user/driver’s data for resolving support issues.
  • Speak with customers, if needed, for escalated and urgent inquiries to minimize customer churn.
  • Create & Contribute to Knowledge base & documentation of the KeepTruckin software resources and processes. 
  • Provide technical training to other members of Support and teams within the company.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Support, technical support, or software development, preferably customer-facing roles.
  • Experienced with the software development process and tools for a SAAS based product
  • Experienced in Programming Languages such as Javascript, C++, or Python
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and SQL
  • Excellent understanding of SFDC and Jira reporting tools
  •  Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies, E.g. Looker, JIRA, Java, C++, Salesforce
  • High level of oral and written communication skills. Preferred fluent in spoken and written English

The Support Trainer will enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees’ support performance in alliance with the company’s core values. Software Engineer - Frontend

In this role you will be responsible for managing our referral program; this includes launching new initiatives, tracking performance, and running and analyzing experiments to help grow KeepTruckin’s business. At KeepTruckin, we believe that carriers operate most effectively when their chosen technology vendors work together. Therefore, the Technology Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing impactful, integrated partnerships between KeepTruckin and other leading vendors in the transportation ecosystem. In this role, you will identify strategic partnership opportunities, negotiate solutions that drive value for all parties, and then work cross-functionally to bring these partnerships to life. You should have a keen understanding of how to align incentives, as well as a general familiarity with modern API technologies so that you can understand what’s possible, and what’s not. The ideal candidate will have operating experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment, and will be an expert in driving strategic alignment among cross-functional stakeholders. This role can be remote, and will report to the VP of Products.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the champion of KeepTruckin’s roadmap of integrated technology partners, and significantly scale our current marketplace of partnerships.
  • Be the primary liaison for key technology alliances, and take an ownership mentality of any hotspots that may be escalated across any of our broad ecosystem of partnerships.
  • Stay on top of the trucking ecosystem, and share this knowledge with KeepTruckin.

About the Role:

The Manager of Professional Services is a leader with experience building and growing a Professional Services practice in a high growth SaaS organization. What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience

As a Research Engineer, we are looking for someone with a strong Data Science background to work with us on solving some of the most exciting, real world challenges, using data coming in from over 200,000 trucks. We have access to a virtually unlimited amount of data coming in from connected trucks, and we want your help to understand driver performance, detect risky drivers & behavior and provide actionable insights to Fleet Managers to help them improve safety in the fleet.

About the Role:

In this role you will be responsible for managing our referral program; this includes launching new initiatives, tracking performance, and running and analyzing experiments to help grow KeepTruckin’s business. You will work closely with stakeholder teams creating strong working relationships with and influencing across marketing, sales, product management, and engineering.

As Product Operations Manager at KeepTruckin, you will be tasked with identifying and executing on opportunities for product growth, process improvement and automation, and sales and marketing insights. You will be charged with making our referral program more data-driven, faster, and create a bigger impact.

You will partner closely with product managers as well as stakeholders from sales and marketing teams to help drive rapid company growth.
