About the Role:

As the Manager of Customer Success - SMB Retention, you will be responsible for supporting our customer retention function while also furthering the growth of our Customer Success organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success you will manage a retention team while also working to coordinate, execute, and manage programs to effectively retain customers through positive relationship-building, active listening, strategic problem-solving, and a customer-oriented approach.

About the Role: 

As a Staff SWE, the person in this role will play a critical role in launching the core computer vision & machine learning technology that enables KT’s AI products.

In the past 2 years, we've built a world-class team in PK that has experience of designing and building novel state of the art technology algorithms from the ground up. We are now looking for folks that complement the skillset by bringing engineers that have experience of launching and maintaining ML/CV/AI products at scale. This skill set will help us significantly expedite product execution.

What You’ll Do: 

- Prototyping, validating and iterating new CV and ML algorithm
- Optimizing, productionizing, and monitoring/refining performance of ML models on the cloud and the edge devices

Senior Product Manager - Hardware

About the Role:

KeepTruckin is seeking a product manager to lead the vision and execution of our Hardware platforms. This role is focused on safety and compliance areas in the fleet management industry. This is a highly visible and challenging role with ownership of Hardware platform products that support customer fleets ranging in size from 1 to 1000s. The ideal candidate will work on both building the next generation hardware products and improving on firmware & software features on current hardware products in the field while working with other members of the product team. In addition, this role will work with Go-to-Market teams including Marketing, Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Operations to launch both hardware and software products.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the product vision & strategy of multiple hardware platforms.
  • Work closely with the executive team, design, operations, marketing, sales and engineering leadership to develop the best hardware products for the trucking industry.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap and make tough tactical prioritization decisions while helping the company think long ­term.
  • Drive product launches on both hardware and software areas working with go-to-market teams including sales, marketing, operations, support, and customer success.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of product management experience with experience in launching hardware products from concept to launch. Experience with launching products in 100K+ volumes is preferred.
  • BA/BS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Impeccable product sense with a scrappy mindset.
  • Solid experience with hardware product development cycle and embedded systems experience. Working on IoT products with experience in developing software features on mobile or cloud is preferable. 
  • The ability to handle multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adjust as needed.

As a member of the Product Operations team you will be an integral partner across the organization, working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to make our vision of connecting the world’s trucks a reality. What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of work experience
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with product and engineering
  • Expertise in data analysis and manipulation using SQL or other tools (Salesforce, Excel, etc)

What You'll Do:

  • Set the vision for our content strategy and manage our editorial calendar Developing a diverse, SEO-integrated content portfolio for a range of audiences - that serves the entire customer journey, from awareness to purchase and post-sales.
  • Be responsible for defining content measurement processes and reporting on how content sources and influences pipeline and revenue, impacts SEO ranking, web traffic, marketing campaigns, and the user/buyer journey.
  • Actively monitor the market and competitors for trends and key events to develop insights that guide our content strategy to maintain relevancy.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for issues and questions about KeepTruckin. What We're Looking For:

  • Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash business processes and systems related CPQ, Billing, the Salesforce ecosystem, ERP applications and Order Management.
  • 7+ years of experience designing solutions and building requirements for CPQ, CRM, and ERP (Netsuite) platforms that translate into low friction and high impact business processes.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables, and rule relationships.

What You'll Do:

  • Relentlessly improve the efficiency, scalability and reliability of our Quote-to-Cash systems and business process.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Order Management and other stakeholders to deeply understand their business needs, prioritize them against overall business goals, and develop elegant technical solutions to fulfill them.
  • Draft design documents, gather requirements, build test and deployment plans, manage communications and own initiatives from inception through rollout.
  • Collaborate closely with the Systems Administration, Development and Support teams to build, configure, test and release systems changes in a timely manner and with the highest quality.
  • Maintain a holistic view of all Quote-to-Cash processes and users to understand functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash business processes and systems related CPQ, Billing, the Salesforce ecosystem, ERP applications and Order Management.
  • 7+ years of experience designing solutions and building requirements for CPQ, CRM, and ERP (Netsuite) platforms that translate into low friction and high impact business processes.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables, and rule relationships.
  • Ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear and concise manner using written, visual and oral communications.
  • Outstanding emotional intelligence, people skills, self-awareness and team focus.
  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree preferably in computer science, information systems or related fields.

About the Role:

The Special Projects Team is a newly formed team within a growing organization and will lead KeepTruckin’s most strategic projects. An extension of the leadership team, this team will strategize, consult, and implement; delivering big outcomes across the organization. 

As the Special Projects Manager, you will lead the charge on the most important initiatives at KeepTruckin (Ex. launching new products, entering new markets, building teams & processes from the ground up). You must quickly come up to speed on how the business operates across all functions. You will assemble and lead large cross-functional teams, build credibility, and alignment among key stakeholders, driving vision and a clear framework for programs & projects.   • Take full ownership through the entire project life cycle. Organize, scope, and lead multiple complex projects simultaneously. Make sense of vague requirements, create clarity, and drive momentum in the face of ambiguity
  • Navigate tight timelines - identify & mitigate risks before the project is impacted. Drive accountability across teams - relentlessly drive outcomes while remaining flexible with exactly how to reach objectives
  • Earn credibility and trust from cross-functional teams - work with global teams from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering, Biz Ops, Sales Ops, Enablement, and more
  • Adapt quickly to a dynamic environment - must be comfortable with fast pace and changing priorities
  • Report weekly to the executive team to share progress and risks in your projects - communicate clearly and concisely with senior executives. Maintain poised leadership under high levels of visibility & accountability.
  • Maintain clear status, timelines, and owners for all of your projects - ensure all stakeholders have context and are not blocked from delivering on schedule
  • Use data to prioritize, investigate, and measure outcomes - analyze and report on KPIs and SLAs

What We're Looking For:

  • 8-10 years total professional experience 
  • 4+ years experience project/program management role or similar management consulting role
  • Operations, Product, Program, or Project Management experience in a technology company (B2B SaaS company preferred)
  • Proven experience working in a matrix environment, managing multiple stakeholders.  
  • Expertise with JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, SQL, & Excel
  • BA/BS degree (MBA Preferred)
